Relatively good stock with a lot of brands available. The store is clean and organised well. Most of the staff seem friendly but some don’t really acknowledge your existence. The thing I dislike about this particular Universal Store would be the change rooms and how they don’t have actual doors, but that’s a minor issue!

The location of the store within Castle Towers is quite good, central and close to everything else. Would recommend if you’re around the area and looking for something fashionable for teens and young adults.

Love the clothes here but management please stop forcing your staff to make conversation with customers 😭 I’m not in there to make friends especially when it feels so forced. Universal has a reputation for this now. Nothing against the staff tho they’re just doing their job.

Great service by staff, terrible jeans.

I bought black jeans for $100+ from the store’s brand called “Abrand”. The cut is great And they fit perfectly but they have stained my T-shirt and my skin even after I washed them and now they are slowly getting a blue tint. I imagine it is because the fabric they use is blue first and then dyed black?

I am hoping they will stop staining after the second wash. I can’t return them because i have washed them already but just be mindful of it or get the blue jeans instead.
