Helpful staff. Wide variety of goods at reasonable prices .
Loved their unusual design in quilt sets and also bought an interesting bedside lamp.

Pleasant staff, adequate parking and the best part is they are open until 9pm, wknds 5pm. They have a good range. Get your craft needs, materials, party items galore from this store.

Most staff at Castle Hill spotlight are friendly and knowledgeable. They're always busy so there's a bit of a wait at the counter, but the staff give great advice and recommendations for products. Great store.

We managed to get exactly what we required as backing cloth, for a good price..very satisfied

Recently visited Castle Hill spot light after a long time AND can I just say how much better the shop is!! It was great to see stock available. The towel area was defiantly a huge step up compared to what it was. Being able to find stock and the colours available. As well as the quilt section!!!, so easy to view now. What they are doing, please keep doing it. To be able to see the tickets, prices, sale items etc makes a huge difference in wanting to buy something. I changed stores because of past issues but after seeing the store and staff pick up their game, show casing the sales and the neat tidiness of items, just shows the work that is being put in. I will be coming back for more!

We needed balloons last minute for our wedding registration ceremony. The ladies at the counter were very helpful and made a difficult process for the clueless very easy. It was a very busy day but they ensured that we had everything we needed. Thank you both. FYI. There is plenty of parking and a lift from the car park. There is also a small cafe within the building.

The young man working in the curtains department yesterday (4th Jan 2023) was fabulous. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He made the trip pleasant and successful as we got exactly what we needed.
As to the store in general, I like the fact that it has undercover parking (especially as it was rainy yesterday). The store is generally well laid out and stocked. The toilet could probably be better signposted.

The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable about sewing and was great support in guiding me and recommending to me the best product for my needs. She was friendly and kind and just so helpful. The only problem is that it's so busy in the sewing department and not enough staff

Absolutely amazing range of products and very helpful staff. I wasn't sure about what a new product did, and a nice lady opened one for me and we worked it out together. Highly recommend this store for all your crafting needs!

Another great spotlight store with a huge range of products, professional & friendly staff. I wish however there was an easier way to queue with heavy fabrics when waiting to be served.

Even though the stock on a couple of items I was looking for didn't match the website (probably because I went right before they did stocktake), I was able to find a bunch of materials to use in my project. The staff at Spotlight are some of the most helpful of any store and are incredibly polite. Thanks so much for the help ^_^

highly recommend this super store for anyone in need of quality linen items, especially blinds and curtains. With plenty of parking and exceptional customer service, it's definitely worth a visit. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Great spotlight with plenty in stock. They had a large range of fake plants which is what I was after. Quality was amazing prices were fairly high but typical for the quality.
