Coles Castle Hill

My experience at Castle Hills Coles was great! The surrounding people who where also shopping are quite nice and are talkative! Seems like the community is quite connected.

🍨 | While I was shopping, I saw there was an option for ICE-CREAM MOCHI! I have walked around the whole store but to no avail. I am confident that they do not have any ice-cream mochi… what a let down 😢

💸/💳 | The place does NOT have enough CASH and CARD self checkouts! There are more card than cash checkouts which I believe isn’t good. It is understandable however because lots of people nowadays use cards instead of cash but it would be appreciated if they did add more cash!

🥦 | The veggies looked very organised and well placed! The employees seem to do a great job in arranging products on shelves!

👍| The employees are nice and are approachable. They know their way around and know where the item you are looking for is which is good for people who don’t know where a certain product is!

Overall, I really need to know if I am not looking around enough!! Where is the ICECREAM MOCHI!! I am beginning to believe that there wasn’t any to begin with..

Admittedly I do the bulk of my grocery shopping at Coles Kellyville plaza but that is based on convenience and avoiding the crowds . As true as a review can get , it is mind boggling to see how busy this store can be and it’s obvious when you see the vast product range upon entering the store . The fresh produce, bakery and meat displays throughout the open area is nothing short of excellent and traversing the numerous alleys the shelves are well stocked . A massive supermarket within the iconic Castle Towers , very highly recommended. There is stacks of parking & plenty more shops to visit once the shopping is done .

Don’t forget to visit Aisle 6 for international items (Mediterranean, Indian, Asian).

Unlike other Coles which close at 8:30pm during lockdown, this one it open until 10pm which is good for late night shoppers.

Just arrived in this country and my first experience shopping at Woolworth’s wasn’t that great: impatient staff (towards a foreigner whose face screams ‘It’s my first time in Australia’), not as neatly segregated aisles, amongst others. Shopping today at Coles Castle Hill, on the other hand, was a welcome change. The staff helped me during checkout and it was a pleasant experience overall.

Well equipped Coles with plenty of choice in each area. Lots of self service check outs and you always find a check out open with Coles staff.

I love the cleanliness and tidiness of this shop. Also the half price zone is the best place I got my coffee capsules.

Coles in general is great place to get all your groceries. They also have a lot of international foods for South Africans, Americans, Indians, Mexicans, and Asians . All from your home countries.

Large supermarket, though it isn’t as convenient as standalone stores in smaller centres.

Best to park at B1 to take the escalator (not lift) up!

Large grocery store having vast variety of products on offer. Just walk through the aisles and pick what you want. From fresh fruits n veggies to frozen, from dairy to meats n poultry, from bakery to juices, from pet food to canned food, from local produce to imported, from toiletries to chocolates. You think of anything and chances are you get it here, including liquor. A store worth a visit.

Great range of products and fantastic staff! There was a mix up with a purchase made by my mum, but Victoria and Rebecca at the customer service team was so helpful in solving the issue. They went over and above in trying to help me with the tricky return. It’s definitely this type of service that brings us back to the store!

So convenient and prices are stable in these uncertain times. Things are very easy to find and there is usually a lot of stock so I things do not run out. Very busy during weekends unless you go in the morning so be aware if that.

The only negative things for this one is that you don't have signal when you are inside the shop

It's a rather big supermarket. The place is clean and tidy. All products are nice and the price is reasonable. The service is good and the staff are very friendly as well. I like to go again in the future.

Castle Hill Coles shopping centre is great for getting in and out quickly, now that they have the self service checkouts. I found the staff friendly and helpful

Clean and well organised. Staff, despite of Chrostams madness very polite.

In store staffs are friendly and helpful, i don't get is the purpose of the front security guard who seems to not do anything but just stand in the way, could he actually act like a security guard by stopping people from using the exit as the entrance? And rather than just spending his time locking people from entering the store?

Big Coles. Plenty of choice. The only thing, they have only self checkouts. Paper bags cost 25c.

Came here on Friday just after 5pm. I was looking for a specific product and couldn’t find it so decided to ask. The guy I asked was super helpful, so I decided to write this review. I think his name was Dylan. He said he was new and was put in the produce area so didn’t really know where the product could be found (it wasn’t a regular product either). He went out of his way to direct me to the deli department who he said would know where the product was. He even told me, generally, where similar products were located in the store. I really appreciate that he didn’t just say “I don’t know” and pan me off to someone else. His level of service was really good, and I hope coles treats him well :)

This coles has been renovated. Its very spacious, has huge deli section. You can get variety of cheese. The bread section is big and has lots of varieties. Being close to Metro station, makes it convenient to quick groceries after work.
