The staff are very helpful and friendly. Also, they have a price match policy, so if you found the same product online, they will match the price.

I bought nice headphones recently from Jb Hi-Fi Hornsby, shout out to Maddy who helped me to choose and price matched it for me. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind and made the purchase so easy and efficient with great bargain for me.

Always honest and friendly staff. Nothing is to hard or simply ( I often ask dumb questions) for them. Love going to this store, always recommend to anyone.

Best electronics and recorded music store in Sydney. I have found what I was looking for every time I shop there. Best level of customer service quality standards. I bought a 43inc 4K FFalcon TV recently. It's picture and sound quality is very good. Not slow to get Internet connected. The prompts to search for the Wi-Fi signal is expedient.

Had another great experience at this store. If something can be done about the price or the product or after sales service this store will make it happen. Just need to speak to the right people and do your research well. Special shout out to Charli, Amy and Victoria for their support on multiple items i bought on Black Friday. I could not expect any better service. Cheers!!

Great place to visit. Never know what you will find.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff willing and wanting to help. I went with a client to purchase a tv from Warriewood, but as she was after a 50” tv, which are not as popular they didn’t have it in stock. However, our sales person was looking around and found a unit in Hornsby, where it just so happened that I would be the following day.
When came in soon after 9 am, they got me processed and handed me the tv within 5-minutes.

The staff were attentive without being pushy. It took some searching to get my product so I went shopping for 30 minutes. I received a phone call when it was ready and picked it up no hassles.
