Great customer service starting from Nash's BBQ and Fire to the delivery and install..

We went to purchase another brand barbeque and called into Nash's BBQ and Fire to compare BBQ's due to the stores being next to each other.

Nash and his team took the time to explain components and demonstrated the difference in the quality. of the BBQ's they had in store. They even contacted a Gasfitter to assist us to convert from LPG to Natural Gas.

After comparing the quality and exceptional customer service provided by Nash, we ended up purchasing a Weber Summit 670.

Two days after purchase, we have received our brand new Weber and cooking our meal on it. We couldn't be happier with the service received and the demonstration provided after the install.

I have been in the store on a few occasions as well as attending a BBQ masterclass. The staff are always willing to assist, no matter how big or small the purchase. The teams product knowledge is very evident. The service is always good. The masterclasses are beneficial to all who want to get the best out of their Weber products.

Highly recommend getting your bbq and accessories for this store. Always friendly and welcoming. I also recently attended the bbq masterclass with Ben & Chop. Was a great class! Ben & Chop really know there stuff when it comes to bbq. I throughly enjoyed the class and learnt new skills and feel more confident using my new Weber kettle

Nice staff. We had a good experience. Ben served us initially over the phone, then later in the shop. He has been very informative and had genuine suggestions which helped us in making decisions. We really recommend this shop and their team if you are after relative products.
On the product itself, all the reviews were positive, we had the BBQ for only 1 week so far, only used it 3 times so far. Seems a very high quality and potentially will serve us for many years to come.

We purchased the right BBQ for us, all because Tom’s knowledge and expertise of the Weber range, but mostly because of his good nature. I came into the store looking for a BBQ with little to no knowledge of anything BBQ related. Tom and Arjun was quick to help and flesh out what i really wanted and what BBQ was best for me!!! I came home and instantly got the BBQ flaming ready for a classic sizzle! Really happy with my webber. Customer service excellent!

Recently got the Weber Q 2200 Portable Gas BBQ. Now I am in no way a good cook. I don’t know how to use a stove or oven. However, with a few tips from a very helpful staff member (I’d highly recommend Tom as he suggested combinations of meats and rubs that my family absolutely loved) I made the following in a few minutes! Absolutely outstanding results! And the BBQ itself is extremely user friendly, literally turn a knob and press the igniter and you are good to go (once connected to a gas bottle)! Extremely enjoyable experience for my first time with a bbq!

Tom is a legend and helped out so much in choosing a great Webber! It works very well and very happy with purchase and deal he have me! Will be customer for life and very appreciative for the great customer service!

So I got some amazing advice for what BBQ to get for Mother’s Day. Good service usually stops there. Great service probably recommends some extra accessories to get and maybe a smile. Stephen and Tom went the extra steps beyond extra steps. What meat to get. How to cook it. How to prepare, dish and pack away everything. How to know when meat is done and how to care for the equipment.
AND with a smile? More so. Their passion for grilling is infectious and I got weirdly swept up in BBQ culture as a result.
Mum was beyond impressed with the medium-rare Scotch Fillets and the cooked Whole chicken I could prepare on the BBQ (yes Tom and Stephen ran me through cross-contact avoidance for the two meats). So thanks for a successful mother’s days boys. And thanks for my first foray as a Grill-Dad.

We bought a Weber pulse 2000 Bbq from this store. The store is very clean and Tom and the boss gave us solid advice resulting in we picking the right BBQ. The staff are very helpful and friendly without being pushy. Awesome price as well. The Pulse 2000 is AWESOME!!!

Myself and a mate were walking past to go look for office desks and we smelt an incredible meat smell from inside the store. We walked in and got greeted by 2 guys Tom and Akki which welcomed us too the store. We weren’t even looking for the brand Weber however the experience we had was honestly world class. From eating chicken and medium rare porterhouse cooked by them and then they let us try and do it was honestly the best experience even to the fact we could check the temperature with a Bluetooth device from our phone too ensure the perfect cook. My mate and myself will both be buying one on Saturday and we were also invited back in too bring some friends too try the BBQs I will also due too the service be buying one for my dad for Christmas.

We recently purchased a gas fireplace from Nash. The experience of dealing with Nash and Tom went smoothly. The trades who built, painted the enclosure and installed the fireplace were all top notch. I highly recommend Nash and his team to anyone considering a gas fireplace.

With 25+ years of retail experience in The Hills region in Sydney, it's easy to see why Nash Patel and his team are The Best Guys for BBQ & Fireplaces. I have a Weber kettle which I love. The team helped me make the right choice and decision without pushing me to upsize. Gotta a great price, super advise on how to set it up and a cookbook as well :-) IMP - The choice of different charcoal, wood to fire your barbie at their store helped me get that classic smell / taste that you can only get with a charcoal or wood fired bbq. Their range of rubs, sauces and accompaniments is superb. What amazed me is the range of complimentary accessories available under one roof. The quality of their product range makes this shop THE DESTINATION when you're thinking of buying a BBQ or fireplace. Haven't shopped for a fireplace so far but I am certain that the experience will only be too familiar to my first.. 5/5 👌🏼
