I've been in sales for 64 years and got handed a lesson today by young girl behind the counter. I wish I remembered her name. It was Evie or Eat something. No. Issue was to. Much for her, she found a very old. PS4 game which my daughter desperately wanted. Looked around, got it founded in Blacktown. Phone them Spoke to the people, ot the game Or for the grand total of $40. However, during this time. She sorted out some dustbin issue with her boss. And. Chattered. Positively to two staff members, sorting out their issues too all the time, remaining totally happy and joyful. Well done, my dear. I wish I remember your name. You're made my day.

We called the store for information regarding a camera for my daughter and we spoke to Althaia. She was very informative and patient with the questions my daughter had.
We headed into the store and met with Althaia. Such great customer service and super helpful. Thanks so much for all your help. Keep up the great work :)

Staff member RJ was so helpful, approachable and made buying a new TV a great experience. Big thanks to him for the amazing customer service.

I just purchased a new laptop..I spent 2hours on the phone with tech support from Dell.. they told me to get a refund and replace laptop..I went back into store Mitch had it up and running in 20 minutes..

Sales person was attentive, and gave us all the information we wanted on a dishwasher we wanted. Delivery and installation was cheap and easy. Price matched as well.

We called ahead asking for the availability of a specific TV. We spoke to Issac and visited the store an hour later. He was very knowledgeable, didn’t try and upswell unwanted products and we are very happy with the service.

Good castle hill store with all appliances and white goods. Poor reception in store so use reception outside first, but not the stores fault. Good layout and friendly staff.

Been there to buy a new fridge, the staff was really helpful

I was served by Taylor a member of your staff on Friday 15th December who went out of his way to make things easy for me to replace the headphones that had developed problems. As I had an extended warranty on the phones, he made the necessary arrangements for me to receive the replacement. I can't thank him enough. He deserves a bonus. Thanks.

My 89 yo mother was looking for a new phone, we were helped by Olivia who was so helpful, patient and considerate of someone of an advanced age. She was clear in her explanations and took the time to listen and talk to mum. Thanks Olivia for such a caring approach.

I spoke with Mitch over the phone about an Ipad and while they didn’t have it in stock in store he set up an online cart for me that would allow my items to arrive earlier and at a cheaper price! Lovely staff at this JB Hi-Fi always a good experience.

My friend and I purchased a laptop and a tablet respectively. Mitch was particularly helpful and knowledgeable, and was the main reason we went ahead with the purchase on this occasion. Blake (the man who assisted us at JB) was extremely dedicated when assisting us with purchasing a tv. Blake went above and beyond to ensure we received what we were after, he displayed great time management skills along with effective and honest communication.
