I bought a new Samsung TV today in the Boxing Day sales, and Alex who assisted me was brilliant. Despite it being almost closing time after what must've been one of the busiest days of the year, his level of customer service was 5 star plus! I recently came in with my mother to purchase a new mattress and bed ensemble to replace her old bed. The service provided by Monika at the point of sale was excellent - she took the time to explain the various features and answer our questions so that my mother was comfortable making the purchase.
Secondly, the service provided by Sam the delivery man was excellent. From the time he called us to make the appointment for delivery to the time he left after delivery and assembly, I considered it professional. He kept me informed about how things were going and on the day of delivery called me when he was 30 minutes out and turned up on time. He helped to ensure it was stress-free for my mother and that everything went well. A job well done! Thanks

We recently downsized so needed several appliances and furniture. Despite shopping around we ended up back at Harvey Norman in castle hill. We were able to put down a deposit and pay on delivery - seems normal but none of the other shops would do this. They were also better on price than most others. Customer service was far superior to other well known store. And couldn’t fault delivery process

I want to say a big thank you to Andrew for the help I received in obtaining my order from the kitchen appliance department. Andrew went out of his way to make sure my order was fulfilled and deserves recognition for his impeccable customer service.

My wife Susan and I went to this store buying 2 sets of air conditioners. The sale person Bilal Kaklik provided us with excellent and experienced services. He also full knowledge of the product and gave us very good prices.

The last tome I visited Harvey Norman Castle hills, it has hot deals going on. It has really beautiful furniture. Some of them were on floor clearance. The gentleman who was helping us was really good. We told him our requirements and he was giving suggestions accordingly.
Reaching there was bit confusing by car because I had used Harvey Norman as destination. Make sure you put shopping mall as destination.

I visited the store today to buy 5 different appliances. Mr Shaheen was a super star salesman and dealt with me and my challenging toddler so well. He was patient, educated about the products and so gentle in his approach! Highly recommend dealing with him when you visit!

We've bought few items from the furniture department and Neda was our sales rep.
She went above and beyond our expectations, helped us to make a great decision without rushing through.

My husband and i bought a gorgeous lounge from here. We were looked after by Vince and he was awesome. So knowledgeable and helpful. He also spoke really highly of management which was super refreshing.

Brillian service from Jacob working in Electrinics dept at Castle Hill branch. He is extremely knowledgable across all producrs and was able to work out the best deal for me.

I went to this store to buy a sofa set a week ago and couldn’t choose the right one for my needs and a lovely lady named Kim has helped me to choose the right set. She is very professional and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to meet her customers expectations and needs, she knows how and when to approach to customers. She is a great asset to Harvey Norman and I can’t speak highly enough of her wonderful service. Special thanks to Kim for being so nice and helpful 😊

I had a wonderful experience at Harvey Norman Castle Hill, all thanks to Mr. Cisco, the store manager. My partner and I recently purchased a dining table set from the store, only to realize later that it wouldn't fit in our dining area. We visited the store the very next day, hoping to find a solution or an alternative option.

Mr. Cisco went above and beyond to understand our concerns and find a suitable resolution. Despite our initial disappointment, he empathised with our situation and genuinely listened to our needs. He patiently showed us various options and tried to find a suitable replacement for us. Although we couldn't find a suitable alternative within the store's inventory, Mr. Cisco offered us a store credit for the full invoice value, allowing us to choose something else that would better suit our requirements.

His exceptional customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving skills were truly commendable. Mr. Cisco made sure we felt valued as customers, and his willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on us.

Dropped in to the HVN Castle Hill store due to their huge range of floor stock - compared to HVN Hornsby. We were in the market for a fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Salesman in the white goods section, Seelan, answered our questions and came back with prices that could not be matched by any other store - bricks & mortar or online!

Purchased our appliances and received a bonus $200 gift card.

No problem delaying delivery to sync with our renovations. I had to reschedule once, with a weeks notice, which was no issue.

Warehouse sent a text the evening before with a delivery window. Delivery was smack bang in the middle of the promised delivery window, and done quickly and professionally. Appliances carried up an internal staircase with: no drama; or damage to property or appliances.

All up, a great shopping experience.

I have bought things in HN Castle Hill a bit, and always find the staff friendly and helpful. I regularly shop online with HN, so I am a happy camper😀

The sales consultant was welcoming and helpful.I told him he was much better than sales staff at Samsung Parramatta.Despite the fact that the phone I wanted had sold out,I decided to spend a bit more for the next model up and am happy with the purchase.

I went into Harvey Norman's, I bought this & didn't scratch my key number off right. Couldn't use it.
I went in to see if they could help. George in the Tech dept, was brilliant at dealing with it. Got looked after well.
