Good customer service all through out the store. Coffee shop, especially.
Lots of parking spaces. Coffee and pies are priced cheap but taste good! Customer base is good too. Maybe its the location.

A good place to find a lot of things at good prices.
A lot of grills there with different prices.
The staff was helpful when you asked.
The oping hours were good.
Also, you can check the product on the website before going.

The lady in the paint shop today about 1:30pm is gifted at colour matching. I gave her a small flake of the existing colour and she matched it so well, we couldn’t tell the difference between the old and new. Unfortunately I missed her name but maybe management can assist in a reply so you know who to ask for.

Great customer service. This is my local bunnings and I have been here many times. Staff are always willing to help. They also stock a lot more than rouse hill or seven hills

Good store with most items in stock and in a convenient location with ample parking. Nursery is maintained well. Coffee is good too.

It's probably the best Bunnings in the western and northern part of Sydney suburbs

The reason being it's massive, has two levels of parkings, the store is another two levels on top of it, sausage sizzle both days of every weekend and great cooperative staff who are always willing to go that extra mile.

One might wonder that after closure of Masters, Bunnings folks might have gone arrogant because of the monopoly but they have in fact become more courteous and friendly, that speaks lengths as to why they deserve to be on top always

Nice and friendly store. I lost my purse at store(probably left in the trolley) last Saturday. It has my drive licence, credit card, cash and everything in it. I am glad I found it back with everything the next Wednesday . Really appreciate. Deserve a 5 star.

As a tradie I really love bunnings.. I mean how can anyone not.. castle hill branch is such a big store eaay to get lost but everything is clear and easy to find. The shelves are always stocked and full..
