Lovely, friendly staff. Was busy this morning but I didn't have to wait long for my turn. Fiona was really sweet with me and I appreciated her bedside manner with my needle phobia.

Friendly professional staff and quick service.

Quick and easy. In just after 8.00am. Good staff numbers and only a few people about so out quickly. And they found my vein easily.

In & out very quickly, great service. All staff friendly and professional. Easier than travelling to the city

Rude and unprofessional staff!!!!
Went there to have my blood taken last week and I was absolutely appalled with the staffs behaviour. In a waiting room absolutely packed, all I could hear was the staff members yelling out to each other from one end of the room to the other. There was no regard for anyone in the waiting room or in the building for that matter. To be soo loud, rude and abrupt with no patient confidentiality is joke! I will be lodge a complaint with Hobart Pathology over this. Absolutely disgusting!

Terrible place. Next time I would rather go to city than here. Ignore waiting time, the staff’ skill really really terrible bad. It took two needles in my both left and right arms to draw one valve blood. After that my right arm bled a lot and hurt for three days. How could there be such an unprofessional employee？I wouldn’t give a star if I could.

Went into the Kingston Branch today and just walked out after waiting ten minutes. All you could hear was staff laughing and catching up out the back for goodness sake while people sat there waiting. No-one on the desk, in that huge centre.We could all hear everything. Please pick things up at this branch.

I Had a blood test 2days ago, the nurse put the needle on my left arm and no blood came out, she change to my right arm and cause painful arm. When I sat in my car ready to drive, I felt sore on my right arm and swollen. Went back to the clinic asked for ice pack or spray, they asked me to buy at chemist. Till now my arm still bruise and sore. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional nurse.

Unbelievably slow. One staff member from 7-8am, and then a chatty 5 minute handover to the arriving staff whilst people still waiting.
45 minute wait. Won't be back.
