I would like to highly recommend this wonderful place for its amazing service great prices and lovely friendly staff ! I can’t believe how wonderful they were to me this week when I needed a washing machine asap at 11.30 in the morning and I had a new one delivered installed and the old one taken away by 2.30 pm. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be getting all my electrical goods there from now on. Thanks guys

Went in to source a washing machine. This was the first place l tried, but l was satisfied with the information and price, so bought one straight away. Delivered, installed, and took away my old one for recycling, for an extra $50....New machine is GREAT.....

We needed a new dryer for our rural property with low power. Grant was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped us find an appropriate machine to suit our needs. Delivery was booked for the following day but we got a call that afternoon saying he was doing another delivery nearby and could come that day. He installed our new dryer and took the old one and packaging away. Fantastic service, would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a dryer off these guys 8+ weeks ago and today they called and told me it had arrived, right from the beginning they were honest about time frame and did nothing but there best to get this dryer for me, delivery was absolutely perfect, I couldn’t fault my experience with them at all, 10/10.

I went to purchase a new inlet hose for our washing machine. I received such great service I know exactly where I will be purchasing our next washing machine. Drop in and check out thr range of goods they sell. I had no idea till i visited. The gentleman who served me could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I recently bought a Chiq 283L bottom mount fridge/freezer and I am extremely happy with it. Rob was able to arrange for the necessary alterations so the door would open from the other side (for a fee). The delivery driver was very professional and ensured the fridge was set up and level, and took all the packaging away.

Forget the big retailers. This local outlet has a good range, good prices and fantastic service. Rob knows his product. Told him my fridge was on the way out, and he arranged delivery within the hour. This was carefully done and packaging/old fridge taken away.

Friendly, helpful, awesome prices and what you see is what’s in stock. When going to the other we couldn’t get what we wanted, it was on the floor but no stock. Ballarat Appliance Warehouse are not like that. You see it on the floor, you want it, they have it. Well done guys, you are now our go to for appliances.

Our sparky recommended we see Rob when looking for an oven replacement. We were fed up with the B......T from larger Ballarat electrical retailers! Rob was extremely helpful.Bought an oven at an excellent price and he delivered it for us. A very smooth transaction.

Excellent. Very happy with my purchases of dishwasher, stove top and oven. The staff were very helpful and delivered my order when I asked. All now installed and working beautifully.
