McDonald's Bakery Hill

Beautiful establishment. Who would think going to Mcdonalds would feel like dining at an upmarket Cafe. Very clean and tidy restaurant. The counters, tables and bin areas were clean and the service was fast and efficient. Staff were happy and friendly and the food was hot and well made. A pleasure to dine in. I wish all mcdonalds were this well managed (most are not!).

Perhaps the most interesting McDonald's I've visited in Australia due to it being in the old brick buildings, which still have the fireplaces. Food was great. Had no problems with service. The dining area felt like it had more privacy, as the dining area seemed to be compromised of several smaller older buildings, rather than one huge space like most McDonald's. If you're into Maccas tourism, this would be the place to visit.

Outstanding customer service by the team. Had to wait for 🍎 pie, and because of the wait, these guys gave me a complementary voucher. I am amazed by this special gesture. Thanks 😊🥂

Freshly made food and prompt service

The service was slow but the food was good

Didn't see the operators except for a wave as we were going out on Saturday. Facilities are excellent and everything provided. I'm sure if we needed, they would have been available. Amazing experience opening the room door and seeing the unexpectedly modern layout.

However McDonald's was also a great place to stop and rest on our way back to Melbourne.

A lifesaver on Good Friday as almost everything was shut. The orange juice, burgers and mochas did not dissapoint. Thank you

Friendly staff..and the store was nice and clean.

Coffee is always hot. The McMuffins can be a bit hot and miss, sometimes the cheese is more to the side than on top.

Great to see all abilities access in the store!

The building is far more interesting than your typical maccas.

Perfect coffee and friendly staff both times we ordered there...5pm and 6am following morning.

One of the most beautiful maccas stores I've been to!

Pity you have to ask permission to go to the toilets. Very annoying & embarrassing for some. Otherwise not too bad a place to go.
