Staff are always helpful, always smile. Recently came in, feeling a bit dizzy as I had forgotten to drink since brekky. Alex brought me a bottle of water & made sure I was ok before letting me continue my shop. So...great place to shop.

Well stocked and later out store, clean and uncluttered. Parking at the side not a problem, on the street not an option. Quick in and out store.

Popped in the other day, & have to say what a great tidy supermarket. Special shout out to a super helpful young lady, for memory her name was Phoebe, apologies if I'm wrong!!!....(she had red hair). She was really friendly & helpful, so thank you. She deserves a sash or a medal for customer service.

Very clean supermarket, well stocked with wide variety of products which are not over priced.
Staff are always very helpful and I am often greeted by more than one member of the Safeway team while I'm in the store.
Staff members know their store and are very willing to help you find items if you need assistance.
No difficulty if you have to return goods. Register operators pack your bags.

Big thank you to Nathan in the fruit and veggies who on probably the busiest night of the year ( the night before Christmas Eve) went out the back to find me a bunch of coriander then tracked me down to give it to me. Staff in this supermarket always pleasant, shop there regularly!

Just thought I'd do a shout out to the young girl with dark hair that works at Woolies on Howwitt St.
She's such a lovely girl who has amazing customer service skills and gets to my kids levels to have a chat with them and make them feel special! My kids love to talk and she has always put in that extra effort to make them feel heard and special! Love your customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to Woolworths yesterday and was served by the most friendliest check out lady (DEB) that I have ever experienced in my life of grocery shopping.
Thank you Deb you made my sons day by letting him help you even my eldest son was so impressed by how friendly you were.

Thanks to kimm and the front end staff for getting me sorted with a mobile phone on Sunday morning on the way back to Melbourne when my phone died on me. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Much appreciated a credit to Woolies.

Love this store. Smaller but the staff are friendly and helpful. We always shop early Sunday mornings and often have the same staff. Shop is always clean and we'll stocked.

Shop there often.I find the staff great,very helpful,at the delli you get what uou want.Went for a certain thickness of meat to be sliced.Syaff cut it 3x to see if I was happy.Impressed.Alot of great staff there.I like the way its set up.I find shelves are stocked regularly too.Parking is not a problem and sometimes even in shade .

Haven't been there for years, but wow. Served by two different staff and i have to say all other supermarkets could learn from them. I would go back just because of their attitude towards their customers. Thanks. .John.
