This is my local massage clinic, just 5 minutes from home. The massage treatments are fantastic, second to none, I have a remedial mainly and sometimes hot stones added for a small extra fee. A hot stone massage is like having a hot shower, very relaxing. Sometimes I have cupping to give my muscles a variety of treatments. I have added reflexology to treatments for my muscle health. Reflexology has improved the circulation in my feet and they are now a better colour. It also removes the fluid that I get from my medications. In all, my overall health is much better, I have less pain and cramps, and I sleep so much better. May is my preferred therapist and is very intuitive in all areas of massage. She knows when different pressure is required in the different muscle locations. May has introduced using cupping with less pressure to slide the cup along the muscle to draw more blood into the muscle and it is amazing. I prefer this to a hard pressure or deep tissue. I know everybody is different but this works excellently for me. They also have great pricing which saves me money on my muscle health treatments.

I have recently had a number of massages at Healthy Life Massage. A 90 min full body massage allows time for the friendly masseuses to make you realise how much you needed a massage. Amazing friendly staff make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Cupping is also available and really loosens up your back muscles

Had an hour and a half to kill so thought I’d grab an hour massage. I’d never been here before nor did I get a recommendation. What a find! I had no idea how much I needed a massage until Susan started working her magic. I like a hard massage and I let her know and was so impressed at the pressure and her ability to read my body. She worked a pain in my neck that actually started in my hand. I thought this was just something I had to live with. But here I am 8 hours later and it’s still gone :) Susan has worked as a masseuse for over 15 years and spent 5 years of that training other massage therapist. She was attentive and passionate about what she does. Such a surprise find and I recommend you try these guys. I’ll be back for sure!

Every time l come to Brisbane(1400 kms ) I am muscle sore from all those hours driving and l head to Healthy Life Massage to get all those aches and niggles in my neck sorted. They do it every time and l can enjoy myself while l am here not cramping and not sleeping because I have stiff muscles.

After suffering from shoulder/back pain for many years and trying many Therapists. Tina has definitely lifted the bar with a great massage and a very professional experience. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back.
