EB Games - Deception Bay

Love shopping at our very own E B Games store in Deception Bay. Friendly service with a smile, all the products are ready available and if they haven't got it in store they can and will promptly get it for you.

I needed a game for an event I had forgotten and spoke with Natasha who was so helpful, actually checking her stock twice, ensuring other customers would not be left empty handed, found what I needed and had it waiting for me when I turned up. The store was lovely and clean, her customer service skills were just as good in person. There were 3 other people in line, she answered all of the questions asked, took her time to get all of our details and signed me up for the EB Game's card so that my purchase was on record. I can't thank her enough! Natasha I hope you see this and know you do a wonderful job!

I go here a lot my local and I'm a gamer, so I like it , however it's one of the smaller stores stock wise, but the staff are great the girls are great they game and there always friendly and put up with me coming in daily and only buying on special

One of the best ebgames I've been to in a while. Staff are helpful, attentive and friendly. The ebgames is not a busy store which is great and staff are able to assist without hesitation unlike (northlakes eb where staff ignore you and too busy talking to 1 customer for longer than necessary while the lines out the door.)
But I have to say my issues and queries at the dbay store were sorted and answered within a minute. Definitely making this my main store from now on.

Took my kids there to get our first PlayStation. Renee was absolutely hands down great to deal with. From the start to finish she was awesome. Thank You

Was in there the other week and a nice bloke by the name of dom on don came over and was really poilte and asked if i needed any help, had a great talk and a joke around (not a busy day obviously) and made me a happy man that day, im a long term customer and have always went down there. Went in today and he was friendly and helpfully to alot of other people. I hope you give this guy a raise or something cause he's bloody awesome! Keep up the good work mate!

EB Games Deception Bay provided me with incredibly helpful service and was more than happy to assist me over the phone when I got confused trying to set everything up (I have no experience with gaming!). Had a good experience at this eb games, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They asked what I was playing at the time and made some recommendations then left me to it. I ended up buying the recommendation and was really happy.

If you are into Pokemon, this is the EB you need to visit. There is one guy here that is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Pokemon and it is infectious to hear him interact with kids and adults alike.
