Our first visit to Cobb's, and totally impressed. Cheerful staff, having great interaction with customers. Warm, bright, and comfortable interior. Bustling atmosphere with minimal wait time. Excellent coffee with a delicious escargot. Great people at the top of their game, working in harmony. Thanks, and see you again soon.

Easily the best coffee in Ballarat and would be at home anywhere in Melbourne or Sydney. As such, the coffee range is as extensive as it is good. Pastries are hyper fresh and delicious and the reuben sandwiches are perfect. It can get a little busy at peak times but it's definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Favourite coffee place in Ballarat.

If you enjoy a magic or double ristretto this is the place to come.

Have come here a number of times now, the team are friendly, make great coffee, and I enjoy the pastries, grilled cheese or one of their other toasties.

The interior is nice and light with places to sit whether on your own or with a group. Recommend when the sun's out in winter to rug up, and sit outside to enjoy the surrounding beautiful buildings.

The only thing to make this place better is bicycle parking.

Thanks team for turning this place nestled around a corner into a coffee lovers must do destination.

Cobbs - we love you. Staff were ace, pastries were tastries, and the coffee was so fine. The trip to the toilet was an adventure. If I lived in Ballarat I'd get that sun soaked table every morning and put on 30kg in a week by eating your unbelievable HCT toasted sandwich at least five times a day. What a lovely cafe. We give thee five stars and a hearty salute!

Great coffee shop! Bought some coffee beans the other day, the barista offered an espresso sample without me even asking, it was great!

The beans I’ve bought are also very good, I’ve almost gone through a 500g bag in 2 weeks simply because of how good they taste.

One of my favourite cafes in Ballarat, Brendan is a legend as well as his crew of awesome staff. The food is delicious and the coffee even better! The beans they stock are also fantastic for brewing at home, and also sell coffee filter papers, in addition to brewing equipment, which is very convenient.

A fantastic coffee shop. Was there last week and had to take a phone call went outside and when i came back in i had another coffee made for me as mine had got cold i hadn't even asked for it and this was complimentary.Wonderful coffee and great old fashioned service

Most importantly, the coffee is absolutely superb - possibly the best in Ballarat!
Only pastries available currently, but they are starting to do sandwiches soon.

The best place in Ballarat for coffee nerds. Great espresso and batch brew coffee and the staff are passionate about creating the best brew.

Cobb’s also provide a great selection of materials for people the craft great coffee at home, with a selection of various coffees and a range of equipment. The staff are always willing and excited to share information about making coffee.

Recently Cobb’s upped their sandwich game and provide some of the best sandwiches and toasties in Ballarat (There is some great competition locally and Cobb’s set the bar high). I recently had the Rueben and it was a work of art.

Until someone is crazy enough to open a 5th wave coffee shop in Ballarat, Cobb’s coffee is as good as it gets for coffee nerds this side of Victoria.

Was looking for a nice coffee place that I never tried before and came across this. I must say their coffee is amazing! Quick service and nice open urban style space to experience.

Without doubt the best coffee in Ballarat. Great service from two happy, bright baristas, clean, comfortable space, perfect pours. Almond croissant was just the right amount of sweet, soft and flakey. A definite must for the coffee lover
