Ordered takeaway a few times over the years, which has always been great. We dined in with 8 of us for dinner and got a differing range of food to share. Everything was amazing, could not fault it. Very happy and will be back again sooner rather than later.

Must admit it was several years ago since we last visited this restaurant and what a massive change in service, food quality and atmosphere. We really liked it; ordered the ‘old favourites’ banquet and it was really good. We aren’t massive eaters but still didn’t think we’d take 3 containers home with us. Food never required any additional condiments - it was on point. Kids rated it up there with The 8 in Sydney. Who would’ve known ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great place for the family to eat. The food is not only plentiful but also reasonably priced. From kid-friendly options to dishes that cater to different tastes, this restaurant truly caters to the whole family's dining needs.

The restaurant is large and the environment is very clean. The food is always good and I come here often with my family. Garlic fish fillet and curry chicken are must-orders every time.

The best Chinese food I have had in decades. Forget the tired take away food you imagine, the new owners and team have created an amazing dining experience in Geelong. Old favourites are elevated (sesame prawn toast that was fluffy and not greasy at all) and delicious specials like Mud crab and Singapore Chilli prawns blew me away. Plenty of beef, chicken and veg options too. I have been a few times now, with and without the kids and the service and food has been brilliant each time. Great wine and cocktail list and the decor all combines to make this outstanding, can't wait to try the yum cha. Also glad there is now an elegant and delicious dining option to pair up with a film at the Pivotonian (another Geelong gem).

My favourite part was where we were asked twice if we were "sure" that we didn't need a fork and spoon. We were sure!!

Food was delicious, service was amazing - especially the server who told us she loved us when we said we just wanted the food to come as it was ready.

Honestly, I have no idea why this place is only 4 stars. I think it's the best Chinese restaurant in Victoria, and up there with the top hotels in Shenzen and Guangzhou.
The decore is very modern and clean, the music is classy but modern, the food was delicious with elements that are usually bought in were clearly house made with a lot of care, and the service was impeccable.

100% we'll be back.

Our second visit was even better than the first.

We had a lunch for 12people and the food was top class..the staff were obliging and courteous..we hadn't been for over 5yrs..but we were very impressed..decor and the round tables were divine ..thank you again we will be back.

Delicious! Worth the trip all the way to Geelong just to eat dimsums lol. The dimsums were all freshly done, same with the tofu. Will be going back again.

Just had a great dinner with our group of 7. Everything was great.
Was expecting it to be rubbish after reading all the negative reviews on here. It really makes me feel that Geelong is full of moaning negative Nancy’s.

We ordered a varied selection of classics as well as some usual offerings. All were delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable regarding what was gluten free.

If you’re after a good Chinese restaurant set in tasteful designed settings then Man Bo is the place. We will certainly be back

A wow customer service! Family friendly cafe ! Dining with two kids under 4 is not easy and they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.Very reliable, surprisingly quick, great value for money and A+++ service. Amazing food and second to none hospitality. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Special thanks for Ruben and kitchen staff to allow us to dine in last minute ! Amazing people .❤❤

My husband and I came here for Dinner for the first time. The Yum Cha dim sums and wine list were especially amazing!! Food came out quickly, and the service was great also. I wish I could give 100 stars.

Amazing chinese restaurant, food is outstanding. Fantastic drinks list and wine selection. service was fantastic and the atmosphere of the restaurant was modern and friendly . worth the 2.5hr drive and we will be back!

Best Chinese food we've had in a while And they're always very friendly
I've never dined in, but the atmosphere seems nice when I go in to do pick up. It doesn't matter what I've purchased from them I've always found it delicious.

It's been a while since we visited Man Bo and boy did they impress us last night! Starting with the drinks list - some spectacular wines available (fine and rare) as well as aperitifs that caught my eye, like a Campari and soda. Then we ordered the duck pancakes, all wrapped and ready to eat (tick), pippies in XO (yum!) Fried eggplant and roast meats were done to perfection! We also took advantage of mud crab being on the menu! The service needs special mention, we were very well looked after by our waiters - friendly, helpful with recommendations and professional in food delivery that was staggered perfectly for a great evening with friends. Highly recommended - we will be back soon.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time! Duck was so succulent and juicy, seafood was very fresh, and the cocktails were strong and not too sweet. Highlights were peking duck and sizzling prawn. Every plate was perfectly timed to come out one after the other, even with a full house. Staff were very knowledgeable on the menu and made an effort to seek possible improvements. Vibe was great. Paid under $200 for 4 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine, and 6 plates plus a dessert to share between 2. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The food was absolutely exceptional it was so fresh and so delicious, we ordered the banquet for Two people and we received so much food. The staff were so lovely and attentive, and the restaurant was so warm and welcoming with a beautifully decorated ceiling.
