Receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere in the waiting room.
The nurse that attended me was very kind, gentle and of course professional.
I also saw a doctor and he was very attentive and helpful in answering my questions .

They are always friendly and helpful at reception. I have a regular Dr but have also seen others from time to time as well as the nurses. I have found them all to be professional and caring. There is also a pathology collector on site which makes getting tests convenient.
They do get very busy so sometimes you can't get an appointment straight away. The Drs all work hard and try to see as many patients as possible. At times I have had to make a second appointment for multiple things needed but that is understandable so they stay on time with appointments. They no longer bulk bill at this clinic as with most.

I have been using Grovedale Medical Center for many years. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Mark Waldron is dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable. Having a pathology service at the same sites is very convenient.

The medical centre is pleasant and the staff and Dr. Asif are always professional and helpful. This is the best medical centre I have been to since I moved to Geelong in 1998.

My wife and visited the centre for our annual flue vaccination. Dr Wishart had an excellent manner and gave us some excellent advice on further vaccinations that we should consider.
