They are always helpful when you trying to find a good book

Very good store. Staff go out of their way to help you. They will help you find this or order in things. The store is a good size and is kept well looked after. Each time I have been in there after a few moments you will find a staff member going around to make sure the items are facing well. When I have been in the area I find I like popping in to see what's what here. It's been a pleasant experience each time and purchases have been rewarding.

My favourite a bit expensive though

Great store , great service my click and collect order was spot on which is more than I can say about their Collins St melb franchise store. Though online store Booktopia is a LOT less expensive .

Had an amazing experience at Damocles Waurn Ponds today. Julie was very helpful & could put her hand on the book I was after very quickly.

I came into the store on Sunday and it was buzzing with customers. Liam one of the staff members spent time helping me locate a nursery rhyme book I had promised my 4 year old granddaughter for Xmas. He checked the computer took photos of the cover and searched shelves with me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

An absolutely amazing book store, everything is well organised categorically. You can basically get any books here ranging from Science fiction, true crime, cooking, memes or even manga. If you can't find anything make sure to let the staff members know and if the book you're looking for isn't available in the store they can order it for you to pick up in 1-2 weeks. The membership card is a great deal which allows you to redeem free money upon every purchase (ofc you can pile the redeemable money). They also offer merchandise for kids which I find it very lovely, fun for all ages and everybody can join in on the fun.

Went there to do some Christmas shopping . The staff were very friendly and helpful.As a regular Dymocks customer I found that staff members also have a great knowledge on the books they sell , always able to answer my questions quickly and clearly
