It is normally filthy with rubbish strewn around the outside. On this particular occasion it had just been cleaned although the floor being still wet, one gentleman was disgusted not able to drop his strides. It didn't bother me I was happy that it didn't stink for a change.

Toilet seat gets wet from previous flush. Smells pretty awful. No handsoap or handdryer/paper towel. Plenty of toilet paper which is pad locked in place in case you were tempted to take but it looks like it's been there since 1985. Horrible budget stuff that you wouldnt wrap a mummy in. But there are some midly cheerful red and blue wall tiles, and i longer need to piss. Plenty of fresh air and parking.
