I went to get my go card recharged and the employee helping me, Isabella was being quite unprofessional. Another staff member, Hayley and her began laughing with the clear intention of their humor being directed towards my friend and I. This was a very uncomfortable experience as my friend and I hadn't spoken a word to them.

Was waiting in line for ages. The girl behind the counter saw me waiting before a huge cluster of people appeared and completely ignored me to serve the people who pushed in. I ended up just walking out because I needed to go to work.
