Kmart Calamvale

Has many useful stuff such as stuff for home, sports, clothing, technology etc. U can get anything you want from here as it's a very huge place and has cheap items. Highly recommended

Great service here and great prices. But sometimes the customer service line gets very long. Good to see they’re a diverse employer.

I've always loved shopping at Kmart. There's such a variety to choose from AND so reasonably priced. They cater for all sizes in the clothing sections and staff are so cool. If you're looking for something in particular, I reckon 99% of the time, Kmart will have it. If they don't, it's most likely sold out, in which case one needs to wait for next shipment to arrive or staff will look up on their phone to track down one of their stores to enquire if your item is available. Happened to me yesterday and sure enough, the Kmart in Sunnybank had what I needed. Choice!!:)

Awesome work from the young man Albert Du, few days ago kmart was on fire but he risked his life to run into the store to SAVE my life. A great example of altruistic young man, who puts others infront of him. This young man truly deserves a raise.

Helpful front entry staff. Had half of items showing in-stock on the shelf. Aisles are quite tight to navigate in certain areas - i.e. well-stocked(?). Seriously helpful staff.

service was good, store was quite messy. But Luke was an amazing help, he had such a cute smile and presented himself very well. We had a nice old chat, give this man a raise!

Clean, spacious, great value items. Varied selection and range. Helpful staff. Items could be returned and replaced more often as items can be displaced or unreconciled with online stock. Missing short-sleeve and long-sleeve business shirts, but I'm not demanding them. Merely saying. 5 stars

Wow great service. Exemplary. I was looking for pants for my self and this lovely girl by the name of PK helped navigate them for me and was extremely fast. She was very kind and respectful. She deserves a raise or even more than a raise. A promotion! Absolute beast at her job!!

Clean, spacious and conveniently located. Lots of parking available at the Shopping town, staff are friendly, helpful and the general ambience of this particular Kmart is nice. Sometimes when you’re shopping there you get a bit deaf because of the excited kids outside as there’s a playground type of thing outside, but all in all it’s a slight inconvenience to have to put up with when the Kmart is so good! 😂

Thank you to Joseph who took my call and held a scooter for me. It was for my grandson and it was the last one Kmart had in any of the stores on this side of Brisbane. Joseph went beyond helping me and found it out the back and kept it for me to collect. He was a lovely young man, very polite and actually looked for the irem instead of brushing me off ( which some stores do) Customers aren’t stupid. My grandson was so very happy. So thank you Joseph, for your honesty and help. Don’t lose him as an employee Kmart. Regards Cheryl

The one thing I don't like about Kmart now is the stupid place they have their checkouts. Right in the centre of the store. As well as the fact that they have done away with the few checkouts that actually have a person to assist you to pay for the products you want to purchase. Surely taking money from customers ( a lot of elderly people including myself get a bit flustered using gift cards and some self service checkouts) is the main part of selling products. Then you have to carry all the goods to the front of the store, where some young staff member has to glance at your receipt and a pile of clothing and check that every item has been paid for. The enjoyment of shopping in the store will soon be lost.

Top shop , I was chasing rare weights for my home gym , and yes they still had some , thank you k mart

I had a lovely girl called Charlie help me out today in the kids section. She helped me locate the item and even called other stores when they didn’t have the specific one I wanted! Thank you Charlie, she deserves a pay rise 😁😁😁

Good sized Kmart and stock levels were pretty good.

One of the best in Brisbane Southside. Nice clean fit-on rooms. Only thing I would ask for more is leave a staff member or two at checkouts. For no fault of Kmart, self service stations are pain at most times

K-Mart, Calamvale, is a model for customer service. On every occasion that I visit this store, it is a pleasure to see a smiling and helpful staff member.

Yesterday I was served by Ella Hicks. Ella went out of her way to assist me and took the initiative to check with others re: my request. She took the effort to walk around the store to look for the area that I had to go to, and was extremely polite and courteous. Thanks Ella, for your lovely and pleasant customer service!

Some time back I was also served by Dylan (I wrote a review, but failed to post it and it was still 'sitting' in the review section!). I also wish to compliment Dylan for his informative and in-depth conversation with me regarding items being returned. He complied with my particular request and explained the situation adding on other observations of his. Thanks, Dylan...you are a person way beyond your years and I wish you well in all your endeavours.
