I couldn't seem to work one of my apps to pay for my items.

This particular store is always well stocked, clean and tidy. It’s been here forever and I really hope they continue to do so.

The State of Origin merchandise is always at a reasonable price and a great selection too.

Store is always super tidy and well maintained, the team members are always friendly and happy to help, the managers even come and help with the normal tasks of filling shelves and serving customers. This store goes above and beyond any retail store I have seen and they really value their customers and team members.

Great variety of kids and teenage clothes when you want something different to Big W and Target. Prefer this to H&M. Staff are friendly. Shop is tidy with regular new items

Samantha in particular was such a great customer service representative, so genuinely helpful and friendly.
She went above and beyond to track down things I needed and personally post them to me.
I have never received such fast and efficient communication & service from an organisation. Highly recommend reaching out to staff here if need of assistance. It was a pleasure talking with them.

Their products not the same like common, cheap brand you can get in kmart, big W etc and a bit better in quality i think. Different brands available so you have more choices. Friendly and helpful staffs.

The people that work there are friendly. And I found lot of products for me, my family and home. I always buy tea towel , there quite nice for a small gift.
