Woolworths Sunnybank Hills

This store has been out local Woolies for 15 years. They have kindly donated to my daughters sports club in the past and support a lot of local schools as well. But today they went above and beyond in an amazing way. They kindly gifted my wife a Mother's Day gift bag as part of their customer appreciation. This gesture really made my wife beam after a long, hard day at work. Thankyou again.

Great customer services and empathy showed by a Bradley at the counter. We were down to 1/3 of a can of my sons infant formula. I came to the store hoping to find some in stock but was disappointed to find they were out. Bradley promptly took my details and assured me he would contact me when they were next in. Not long after my visit I got a call and picked up my sons infant formula. Thank you Brad.

Really nice Woolworths. Low stock can sometimes be an issue in this store but staff are friendly and helpful :)

It was just so nice to be able to find staff around the store, staff who were just so helpful and informative about where products were. I was, in particular, impressed by the help I received from Shaun. Shaun gave me extremely polite and 'ready to help' customer service. He took great pains to help me look for 'garlic salt'! He was so painstaking and patient, and did his best to meet my requests, despite me taking so much of his time. Thanks once again, Shaun!

Had the most wonderful customer service experience here. A gentleman could see I was abit lost. He was right down the end of a aisle. He came to my aide and helped me for what I was looking for and took me to the aisle and made some fantastic recommendations. He was so pleasant. Wish I got his name. Thankyou wooleys.
