Woolworths Calamvale North

30/10/2023 just witnessed the most pure thing from a few staff members tonight. An older lady in a wheelchair needed some assistance and the staff helped her as soon as she needed it. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the 2 I saw helping her but shout out to the lady and gentleman!

This is the typical Woolworths supermarket. This location does not force you to using the unassisted check out, there is still a decent pool of fast service check out swear you get personal service from a real human being.

In and out quickly, undercover parking so extremely nice in this weather, and very handy just up the road.

A very well run Woolies branch. Very neat and clean. The management seem to have everyone onside and it's a happy branch. Just recently had an upgrade to their ethnicity isle. Some really nice asian and overseas spices, sauces, noodles and curries on offer. BTW the staff are pretty friendly too.

I just parked to collect a direct to boot order. I was SO IMPRESSED by the gentleman who brought my order out, that once I got home I made sure to call the store to get his name. Luke was awesome. His manners and lovely nature shone and it was such a lovely interaction, particularly given that the interaction is designed to have such minimal contact. If his manager or supervisor sees this, I hope you already know how much of a gem he is! Luke, if you see this, don't loose your beautiful attitude. In spite of all the negativity in the world, you are positively impacting the days and lives of so many people (customers, colleagues and beyond). It's not often that I get to be grateful for having crossed paths with a stranger anymore. I can honestly say that you were the best representative of a large corporation that I have dealt with all year. Keep shining!

My wife and I are both unwell and are currently unable to shop in store therefore we decided to use click and collect. We purchased some milk only find that it was close to use by date. I phoned the store and spoke to the store manager. He was very polite and delivered replacement milk on his way home. I cannot thank him enough for this.

Wide aisles, tiny shelves, above ground and underground parking, plenty of Clean trolleys, nice air-conditioning, wonderful staff.

So convenient. Great roasts and customer service. Bought my chocolates for Christmas and delicious home made bolognaise. Excellent place to purchase groceries.

Happy to see that there are no self-checkouts and people are still working there. Well done for keeping the jobs for the people! Will continue to support this store.

Great Woolworths. Convenient location and easy to get a park. Stock all the things you expect to find. Great range of mixed salads at reasonable prices. Nice Wide isles makes it easy to get around with a trolley, and easy to overtake those shoppers that always seem to park in the middle of an Isle. Freindly Staff at checkouts.

Found avocados cheaper bigger ready to eat than the discount fruit store outside, bread is always fresh, can smell it before you get to the shop, clean shop, wide aisles, loads of variety, cheese section so much to choose from, staff so helpful👍

Very helpful staff. Plenty of staff working on the floor, so didn't have to go far for help. Floor covering is a bit dull. The store could do with a re-furb.

Layout is a little odd. But I guess no two Woolworths stores are identical. Staff could use a little customer service increase. But it's totally acceptable regardless.

This Woolworths store is not so busy as the one in Sunnybank Hills. Plenty of Undercover Parking with a good mix of local stores in the rest of the mall.

Everyone here is always so lovely and helpful. Really friendly faces who recognise their regulars and go above and beyond.
