Had the most wonderful Christmas Day lunch yesterday at the pub restaurant. The areas were set up beautifully and decorated for Christmas, all inside and air conditioned - cheers! The employees were amazing, so friendly, helpful and clearing plates and glasses quickly and efficiently, all with a smile. The selection of food, the way it was all set out was inviting and absolutely delicious. Value for money for food and drinks package was brilliant. We had such a good Christmas Day, we will be booking for next year and bringing family and friends! Well done and thank you to your wonderful team of employees.

Had a great dinner here with the family between Christmas and New Year. They did take a very long time to make a cocktail compared to other drinks, but food was fast and great quality.
It’s exactly what you would hope for from a pub/hotel. The new build is great, particularly outside under the lit up fig tree. Really nice vibe. Will be going back!

Stayed overnight after a delicious dinner. The food was superb, the room was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. I will definitely be back and will recommend the Brook to friends and family for both food and accommodation.

We had a family lunch here to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday. The staff were very accomodating - stored the balloons and cake for us prior to the event. During the lunch, Rubi was the staff member who looked after our table and she was so helpful and fantastic to deal with.

Only recommendation for The Brook would be some type of cooling system for the back outdoor area.

I was very impressed with the staff. While it is menu &me app ordering, it doesn’t allow you to add allergies. While this would normally be a problem, the staff were on it and we extremely attentive. My order came out perfectly modified to accomodate my allergies. Well done!.

Everything here our group enjoyed. From the quick service at the many bar points to the well presented meals. Prices are what you would expect at a quality hotel. Our table was outside with plenty of room to move. There was plenty of seating inside as well. We all enjoyed our Long lunch here & I can definitely recommend this venue. We would certainly come back again.

Amazing for children's birthday parties. Great indoor and outdoor kids areas. Very helpful staff. Super accommodating for gluten free and coeliac options.

We recently celebrated our engagement party at the Brook and cannot speak highly enough about Tess, Hudson and the rest of the events team. They went absolutely above and beyond to ensure the evening ran smoothly - which entailed moving the function multiple times due to the wet weather. The live music, drinks and food were amazing, and having the convenience of onsite accommodation for guests traveling from afar was an added bonus. We had such a wonderful time - many thanks again!

Such an enjoyable night with the family. Big shoutout to Caitie, our icecream server. She was so incredibly patient, kind and animated with our two toddlers who found the range of flavors so difficult to choose from.

The staff at Brookside were very accommodating but the two that stuck out were Vanessa and Kay! They were very welcoming and easy to talk to which made our stay even more enjoyable. Brookside is very lucky to have these 2 beautiful ladies apart of their team!

What we loved our experience the Brooke the most was the service we got from Alyissa. Can’t fault her. Awesome customer service on the floor. So glad she looked after our table. She made our night.

The reception for food ordering is not nice which I don't know the name. The staff is in rush and quiet bit rude which ruin the good atmosphere. The good thing cassie who served our food is very friendly and kind.proud of her service very well mannered staff.

Great party. Had our work Christmas party here. Loved the set up and lots of room to move about indoor and outside. Staff gave great service. All very new so nice and modern. Thanks for a great night!

Phenomenonal! I was blown away by this place! I wasn't expecting much for pub accommodation, and had only booked it as it seemed the best value for a last minute booking. We required 2 beds, which limited availability in the area. I booked this as it had a queen bed plus single sofa bed. I wasn't expecting much for the sofa bed, but it was genuinely very, very confortable! I was actually sorry we were only staying for 2 nights! Literally every aspect of this stay was well above par, and far exceeded my expectations - comfort, value for money, cleanliness, facilities, services, customer service, right down to the hand-written welcome card. Honestly couldn't fault it at all. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

We had my Dad's wake at the Brook.The young lady we dealt with, Tess, was amazing. She was very understanding of our situation and was able to give us what we needed.
On the day she was incredibly flexible as our circumstances changed through the day and she was quick to accommodate our needs.
The othehr staff were very sensitive and accommodating.
I cannpot recomend highly enough Tess and her team.
My Mum has already decided that this is where she will celebrate her 90th in a few years time.

Went to a function Sunday 11th February at the Hotel. The service was great and our host was Hudson who did a fantastic job. The food was delicious.

The old brook did a fantastic steak, the new brook does a more fancier version. The rump was thick, juicy and well seasoned. It had a nice level of char on the outside. I ordered a medium and it actually came out as a medium. The steak was so good it didn't need sauce and you are on a winner with that Poached Pear Salad. Staff are helpful and friendly. Furry friends are also welcome on the deck and there are a number of water bowls. Keep up the good work.

Well this place has certainly changed. Its gorgeous now! Such a nice pub! Great food and great atmosphere. The terrace is beautiful. Would of never of guessed it was the old Brook Hotel.

Had a wonderful lunch yesterday for my Mums 77th birthday. When the bar person learned it was my Mums birthday, they gave us 2 complimentary drinks. Unexpected but well appreciated. Everything was spot on from friendly staff to wonderful meals.

We will definitely go again. The food was great, table service was very good too. Drinks and meals came out in a reasonable time. Medium/rare steaks were perfect. Pizza was huge and tasty. My lamb was cooked perfect and too big for me to eat. Prices as expected.
