Koala Living Bankstown

I recently purchased a dining table and lounge set from koala living. The service and quality was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The delivery guys were so professional and took their time to set up the furniture just the way I wanted. I highly recommend Koala Living.
Just a side note Bankstown stores aircon does not work and needs to be fixed as soon as possible. It was extremely uncomfortable to shop on a hot 34 degrees day. I was dripping sweat after 20 minutes. Please head office get it fixed for your customers and staff.

I recently purchased furniture from Koala Living Bankstown Showroom, and the experience was great.
The sales team was extremely helpful specially “Chris” is super nice person, he always respect and treat customers with courtesy and great manners. He provides exceptional customer services. It made my experience so much better. The product selection are amazing in this Koala Living showroom, all amazing furniture collections are just under one roof with huge discounts.

Walked in to koala living Bankstown and was amazed at the beautiful things they have in store. Fell in love with a resin ballerina statue was told it would take a couple of weeks to be deliver but store assistant Ayesha went above and beyond to find one in stock, so was able to take it with me right there and then. I recommend this store and also the service. Thank you Ayesha will come back soon.

Good place to shop for furniture beds tables and home decoration. Prices are good and they have sales all the time.

Dorji is the best. She will go out of her way to help customer. Very professional, knowledgeable about all the koala product and truly caring. She is an asset to the company.
