My go to shop for electronics.
The staff are always helpful and know where the things I need are, always quick on the phone and remember when i go in to pick up parts. The staff knows their stuff and has helped me with choosing the correct parts I need and not the ones I thought I needed. The prices are agreeable and the quality of the products are great, the staff is awsome.

can’t remember which staff member helped me but he was amazing!! there was a specific item that connects to gas stove i needed that was custom made and the store didn’t have the exact replica, the staff member showed me an alternative way to replicate the item and even did it for me. He saved myself from needing to call an electrician as his method worked, very grateful!

Although they were busy I was served very quickly by Emile who was very knowledgeable

George went well above and beyond to help with purchasing some LED light stripes for my boat.
He was super awesome and went out of his way to explain to me how to make it all work well and the lights look amazing on the boat.
Big thanks to all the staff there especially George. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

As a proud member of the Nerd Perks club, you can probably imagine how much I enjoy browsing Jaycar. I was in a hurry today, though, with three specific items I needed; I was helped by Amit, who was friendly and very knowledgeable about the items in stock. In addition to immediately showing me the locations of the products I was after, he noticed that the other staff on registers were helping other customers who needed more detailed explanations, so he took the initiative to open another register so I could complete my transaction and be on my way. Outstanding customer service, in my opinion!

Emile helped us come up with a motorised setup for a rotating skirt project. Went above and beyond to setup and demonstrate the circuit in store for us to ensure the assembly worked for my end use whilst explaining options.

Needed help with wiring and circuits and Jonathan was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He explained as well as demonstrated any aspects of wiring and circuits that I needed to know which was very helpful. Highly rated!

Jaycar Bankstown really defines the customer experience in retail and I am not even kidding. Tower of a man walked up and offered to help, knew exactly what kind of transformer I needed and told me the one I was looking for was overkill - I cant tell you how much I dont enjoy going into shops these days but Jaycar Bankstown is an amazing experience .

The Bankstown store is a stand out. Super helpful staff who go out of their way to ensure you get exactly what you need.

The staff know what they're talking about, and give honest advice, even to the point of recommending that you don't buy a particular product if in their opinion it won't do what you think it will.

It's also easy to park there - not always a given in crowded Sydney.

I get many of my gadgets here ... I have been an electronics hobbiest for many years and still buy my electronics parts tools and connectors. Great security audio items as well.

Bankstown guys know what they are talking about! Good and easy search for some very weird batteries. Picked up a few other bits and pieces at the same time. Happy customer.

Visited Jaycar Bankstown to get accessories for my car battery, was served by George - he was very helpful and friendly with alot of knowledge. Would recommend to friends and family.
