Friendly staff, bunch of toys options. Went crazy over they Lego collectables. Was looking for a board game that was AD$15 cheaper in a competitor store, the salesman offer right away to price match that, witch was nice. Spacious Free parking in Bankstow branch.

New play area here is cool! It's gated and there is a toilet right next to it for the kids. Winning!

Very well stocked and very good prices for toys. Lots of parking and there's a play area outside. The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable on their stock and stock levels.

lovely area for my niece, i always take her here whenever we have free time! great customer service although i wish there were more teens working here for the kid/friendly concept. speaking of, i was also wondering how much would a 17 year old make when working here? my other niece is interested in applying and doesn’t know how to figure it out haha.

Great toy selection, a toy shop like the old style of shops, miss them but you can find that vibe here.

Very friendly staff & great prices. I had called ahead to make sure an item was in stock before driving the 40 plus minutes as it was out of stock at my local Toymate. The girl on the phone said she could hold it for me which was great, once there I decided to look around & found more items at really good prices so I made multiple purchases. The girl who served me was lovely & even offered to help me to the car with my items. Definitely recommend & worth the drive.

I was served by a lovely staff Nadeen, last week i was looking for toys for a 2 year old and a 9 year old and Nadeen suggested many amazing toys that are suitable for the ages. She was very helpful and made sure i was happy with the services she was giving me. Yes i walked out with almost $200 but it was so worth it. She even helped me to the car!!!!, i am 100% visiting again.

I went today to buy a gift for a baby girl and needed it to be gift wrapped, girl name tanalia (not sure if I remember it correctly) really helped me with the gift wrapping - I was extremely delighted with her service - people like these sets real example of customer centricity - Good Job - I hope your management recognise such worthy employees. Purchased some toys for my daughters this week for Christmas. Selection was amazing and the service received by Luca was top class. Went out of his way to find stock for me in the warehouse and ensured all my questions were answered. He is a credit to this company!

Awesome toys r us replacement!! first visit snapped up bargain price on specific items i was after. Very nice layout, and seen many appealing toys that cant be bought in the local department stores.

Kids love it. That's all that matters. I can't eat for the next month because of Shopkins, LOL dolls and baby Yoda's making the kids happy. I'm happy too. Also starving and possibly homeless soon. It would've been sooner if their prices weren't better than others. Thanks for the savings, buying me an extra day of shelter!

I had a massive issue with online order but the store manger Huss of bankstown store was such a legend and he helped me , quickly and efficiently to have the toys ready for collection. He was easy to talk to and made it easy for me especially after such a unprofessional experience with online order and issues.
I do recommend better communication for online ordering though and better representation of your brand. Something I thought Toymate would have had. But honestly, Huss is an asset. He made me feel better enough to write a positive comment instead of a negative one.

Huge variety of stuff. Staff very helpful. Excellent prices and there's always some sort of sale going on. I've already completed most of my Christmas shopping lol. Definitely worth driving over for

It was obvious that the team was a great one !! from the first greeting at the door to all five staff members acknowledging and assisting well above and beyond. I manage a team of 40 and understand how hard it can be to have everyone on board and follow a consistent approach! Would definitely choose this toy mate again ! Cheers

Toymate is without doubt, easily the best toy store for miles. The range, the theming, the prices. This place is massive, well stocked and well priced. It’s like Santa moved his factory here. Why did this place not exist when I was a kid?
