We had our new Fisher&Paykel washing machine delivered today from Bing Lee Bankstown.

We were very pleased all round with the service from Daniel R who was very patient and extremely helpful with what we needed. His knowledge of the product was fantastic.

Also Clint and LJ were wonderful with delivery. The ease with which the tracking worked was so good.Timing was to the minute! Removing and installing out machine was done with ease and great care.

Wanted to let Bing Lee know of these two standout individuals - John & Hugo. They were both very informative and knowledgeable in their areas. Thanks to John we got a microwave + vacuum & thanks to Hugo we got the internet router we needed. Would highly recommend them.

Went to buy an airfryer. Walked into the store and received immediate attention. Salesperson knew her product and I bought the product. Very easy transaction!

We recently bought a new washing machine and had the most wonderful sales rep. Mona provided all the relevant information about the machine. Actually, as soon as she saw which machine I was standing in front of and it's brand name, she instantly asked how much space I had on the side - as the water hose was on the side of the machine, not the back - which I was not aware of, until she asked. She was knowledgeable, professional and also gave us a great deal, also letting us know that she has one in stock which can be delivered after 2 days. The delivery couple did a great job, efficiently taking our old machine away and hooking up our new one. I was expecting to deal with the packaging and styrofoam rubbish but they took it with them, which was a great convenience. Thank you for wonderful service from start to finish, will definitely purchase from here in future.

Went into bing lee today and was served by Hugo, my partner and I purchased a big range of items including fridge, tv, washing machine etc for our new home and he was so beyond helpful and easy to work with he provided good recommendations and was very pleasant to speak with he made an overwhelming process very simple and easy we walked out with everything we needed and more big shout out to you Hugo

From the order process and response time, to notification and easy pick up at the dock, their service efficiency and polite service is The best!! I had to purchase a CD Player for a family member admitted to Hospital. I needed it that day, so the 1 hour click and collect was ideal. Lots of parking at the Bankstown Store. Was greeted with friendly efficiency and within minutes my purchase was in hand and I was on my way. Definitely worth the 5 stars

The service was second to none. I had never purchased from BingLee before, always sticking to other big retailers like HN & GG. From the very moment I made my purchase I received communications, both by phone and email.
My purchase was processed and ready for pickup well within the 1 hour advertised pickup timeframe.
I would highly recommend anyone wanting to made feel like a valued customer, and are tired of the sub par service of the big 2, to start shopping at Bing Lee. As an added bonus the prices are highly competitive, and in the instance of my purchase, cheaper.

Here is my direct comparison between The Good Guys Bansktown Vs BingLee Bansktown. Same place, similar store. The good guys walks in. Noone cares and waited for 15 minutes and got the passing around. Ended up with a piece of paper to take to the counter and at the counter the ladies said wait....and at the end, walked out with a disappointed face. We do not have them in store. Why does your website said you do???. It was an Apple USB C charger

Binglee on the other hand, walked in. Someone greeted me and with a glanced I was given the item that I needed. Checked out and the whole affair took less than 3 minutes. Walking in with an angry face. Walked out with a smile and a USB C charger. Happy customer.
