I visited Good Guys Bankstown recently to purchase a refrigerator and a washing machine.

While browsing a team member who recently joined was helping me out. He helped me to find my desired product based on my criteria. After a while, the store manager came to check if we needed any further assistance and she was absolutely amazing in helping me find the best deal. Store didn’t have enough stock at that moment for certain products but she made my day by helping me get the best out of it. Delivery was amazingly done by next day.

I went to the Good Guys in Bankstown with my family to shop for our basic house appliances.
While shopping, we were aided by a team member named Omar who helped us extremely. Omar's kindness and excellent customer service made the shopping experience at the Good Guys efficient and effective.

I purchased a Mile dishwasher from the Good Guys in Bankstown. Thanks to the help of the sales assistant Michelle, I got the best dishwasher, it cleans the dishes literally sparkingly clean and uses the least amount of water and energy. Michelle also gave me the best price, I saw the same dishwasher at Bing Lee for $600.00 more and Harvey Norman for $800.00 more. I highly recommend Michelle, she known her dishwashers and is honest and professional. Big thanks to Michelle

Went into Bankstown store today to buy a cordless vacuum cleaner.The staff member Omar asked the right questions and listened to my requirements and was knowledgable,honest,professional and caring .The purchase was made and the fact he was so honest and friendly and had great customer service I purchased another 3 items that I needed.

Quick appreciation post for Debbie, Manila and one other woman in the hi-vis vest working when I went in on 11/04, Monday afternoon, literally 15mins before closing time.

I was helped by Manila and one other woman looking for a fridge that wasn't displayed on the showroom floor but was indeed in stock. Both showed kind customer service.

Going through the initial detail process, I was then given great and understanding service from Debbie during purchase of our goods.
She was really patient with my family and I while we did mixed payments. Not once did I ever feel rushed or unheard. She was great. Appreciate the help!

Please remember anyone who goes there, the doors open on the far right side when walking towards the store, and open on the far left side when exiting, as I nearly walked into the glass panelling instead when leaving haha.

The only reason this store gets a 5 star is of an amazing and lovely staff member, Gabby! She was absolutely amazing fixing our tv issue. Her patients, tolerance and customer service is worth more than gold!

Nicole was awesome. She quickly organised the paperwork for me to get the replacement product. It is employees like her because of who we would like to continue tu be your patrons.

Went in looking for a dryer today, staff were all really friendly. Service was really quick and a massive thank you to Sophia, she was so nice and really helpful and patient with us as we had a lot of questions about what would be the best option for us and walked us through everything and was very thorough. Cannot recommend her higher she was such a great help.

Went to The Good Guys Bankstown for a new fridge. The level of service provided by staff at this store is wonderful, ESPECIALLY from the Sales lady named Manila. To cut the story short, I experience lots of issues with the new fridge - nothing relate to the fridge purchasing - and she was able to assist me with the best possible outcome every time. I would 100% definitely go back to TGG Bankstown on future purchases based on the services and advice that Manila provided. She definitely deserve a raise on her customer service performance.

Price wise, I think TGG has a great reputation for providing the lowest possible price to consumers especially the price alert pop-up. Thumbs up for the TGG team.
