I had the pleasure of dealing with Pauline and Brian on a couple of occasions when trying to decide what flooring I wanted. It was nice to be listened to and be able to take my time discussing the different types of flooring - unlike another store that just tried to push a product I wasn't interested in!.. They were both friendly & knowledgeable and made the whole process so much less stressful. The installers were professional and am extremely happy with the end result. Great service!.. Brian was super helpful when I came in wanting to learn more about different options. He really took the time to talk it through with me and come up with ideas. A good selection of stock too and they had some deals on offer!

Mat and Ty are very professional and super friendly. Honest salesmen are very rare and if you want decent advice without the sales pitch, then this is the place to go. From the quality of product to the installation and even the after service, I highly recommend them.

Mathew was extremely helpful in his measure and quote and Jeremy and his team have done such an outstanding job with the install, we are so pleased. Honestly could not fault Flooring World! Ty and the team were so friendly and helpful. He offered great advice and took the time to work out what I needed before talking me through my options. He also happily popped out to my home and measured everything! A massive shout out to the blokes who installed the floors, a genuinely great group of people and am so happy with the finished product ☺ For something that could’ve been stressful, I was made to feel so calm and hassle free, and it was worth every cent. Ty and the team at Geelong Floorworld were able to do a floor replacement for us in Richmond during the pandemic. Relatively small job but it was never a problem to work with the distance and within the restrictions. Better service, price and quality than companies in Melbourne.
