Top of the Range Tea Rooms

Good Cafe to stop if you are visiting Mount Macedon. I love their hot chocolate and Milkshakes. If you want more food options, it's best to visit them before their Kitchen closes. That time seems to vary depending on how many visitors come in.

Seems like a good place to grab a quick drink or food on Mt Macedon Range. We had a quick drink here, and the place has some peaceful vibes. There are also local products if you want to show some support, even though they are quite pricey. Overall a great place to visit, just that they have quite little opening time.

The food and the cozy atmosphere made the perfect place for a day out on the mountain. Beautiful local art is also available to purchase, making it possible to take a momentum home with you to remember forever.

The food is really good. They serve really good coffee and tea. Their scones are really amazing. I just wish they served more kinds of food, like maybe sandwiches and/or waffles.
The service was fast and amazing. And the staff were really friendly and accommodating despite their busyness.
The view from the cafe is great. The ambience is really good.

The big beef burger was amazing. My wife had the Chicken burger and it was also great. Really great service and atmosphere. Not the best photo but definitely a great burger 😂🤣

Stopped for morning tea scones and cheesecake, both superb. Service beautiful and views incredible. A must stop tea rooms. They also have great range of burgers and fries available for lunch.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in a great location for tea, cake & a walk. Shame we didn't get to see the peacock but great to hear the owners relocated for safety. Shop has some quirky souvenirs from t-shirts to magnets, stickers and stuffed animals.

Good stop when visiting Mt Macedon.
Order yourself a nice hot drink and visit the Memorial Cross which is only a couple of walk from this Cafe.

I don’t say this often but my experience here was spectacular.

We tried the coffee, hot chocolate and a chocolate milkshake and they were all incredibly good. Really recommend all of them.

The gift shop also has really reasonably priced items that look really nice.

There is also plenty of parking.

Surprised that there are no reviews for this place. Was here before. Love this spot and view from this cafe. Range of choices on the menu is not big, but coffee is good quality. Good shop, remember they had much more choices with home decor. Really nice things that we bought then and still enjoying. Some stuff for tourist as well.

What an unexpected delight! after wandering the trails of mount macedon we popped into the tea rooms and had a fantastic coffee and delicious homemade scone with homemade jam. 10/10 clean, friendly and great service
