Bunnings Leopold

I like Bunnings. I needed to pop in and get some gear. The app worked perfectly.
Nice mid-sized store. Big enough for a cafe and playground.
About 50 aisles. Usual setup. Nursery at one end, Trade section at the other end.
Plenty of parking. Shopping center right next door.
Hope you love it as much as I did.

Latest find on Bunnings website, which I think is new... when I search online for an item and then check local store... it tells me the aisle and placement in the aisle .. what a handy feature. Team are always friendly and helpful in store.

Love love love bunnings. Best of all worlds the kids can do free kids craft, have their face painted have a play on the play ground and I can have a delicious coffee and hubby can shop for tools then I can go and buy plants. Winning

I would like to thank a young man at the Leopold Bunnings store called DREW. His customer service was excellent. He was so knowledgeable, professional and very respectful. Bunnings should be extremely proud of this young man. He is a credit to his parents and I wish him all the very best for his future. Business’s need more of this calibre of employees.

Such a great place to visit. I’d like to give a shout out to “Ayden” who offered to help me with some stuff late at night to my car a few weeks back. Was very friendly and kind and his offer was hugely appreciated given I have an injury and can struggle at times. To top it off he even took the trolly off my hands. Once again thank you, you really made my day.

Unfortunately there was stock showing up on the website but no actual stock that could be found in store :( Chris (mature age) was super helpful and tried very hard to find what I was looking for. He should be training your staff in customer service to be honest :)

Bunnings is great to shop what you need for your house . I can't believe it i bought a karcher window glass cleaner or mirror & shower dryed so quick & very quick & easy i love it .

What great service I got today from Nick in the Timber section and a lovely lady who was on the Trade counter at around 4pm.
Leopold Bunnings has very good staff every time I’ve been in.

This is the first Bunnings store I've been to that staff have approached me and asked, "Can I help you?" I was searching the aisles, so looked like I needed help, and I've never had anyone ask me that before. Next day I went back to a different department and the man I approached for help went and got someone who knew the product I was looking at. One Bunnings store might be laid out the same as the next, with the same stock, but the staff here make this one different. They excel at customer service.

This is the best shop to get absolutely anything you want! Within reason!
Has a huge selection of lighting and electrical and bbq items!

A few months ago a had a mediocre experience at Bunnings and I passed that information on to management, to my surprise they called me and apologised for the negative experience. I didn’t want anyone to get into trouble but the over customer service had dropped over the past year.

They sent me a small gift voucher, which I used today and I have to say that everyone I spoke to today was super friendly and helpful. Well done staff and management.

Bunnings is a Bunnings. But what sets this one apart from the others is the staff. Greet you like an old friend and very happy to help out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was in the store to buy some special construction joint material for an urgent job. Unfortunately the exact product was not in the store, rather sending me away, Paul contacted all his local contacts in the area and managed to find me the product.

Always good and with so many choices it's almost quicker to buy one of each because you'll eventually use it within the next 5 years!!!

Lu, you went well beyond your call of duty to help me make a convenient purchase and eliminated a trip to 3 Bunnings stores in Melbourne to get what I needed. Your support to contact Waurn Ponds store and organize the same deal with Matt was so appreciated and in turn meant I didn’t have to spend my day off traveling. I could instead get home with my purchases and commence my project. I was so rapt with your grouse service and the price I paid for my materials. The girl at the tool department was so helpful with my after pay order .she set up my pin 4 me .much appreciated 2 the young lady.but I find all Bunnings staff 2 be very helpful . Well done 2 all .
