Coles Leopold

Went to Coles Leopold today to get a heap of groceries for a friend and I would personally like to thank Broden (or Branden) a young boy on the self service check outs. He was so helpful and went and got an extra trolley for me. He lifted the heavy items in for me. He then transferred all my groceries to another register as I wanted to pay cash. So helpful, so polite - your parents and Coles should be very proud.

Amazing customer service. Was served by a very handsome gentleman Dylan, full of smiles. Fast and efficient!!

Offers what Coles normally offers. Very friendly and patient staff, no Xmas stress. Plenty of fruit and vegetables and meats and dairy.

Good varieties of products. Deli has large varieties

I was having a tough day, then grabbed a 1 litre body wash with a pump, that wasn't closed & went all over me. The guy in the self service area wasn't helpful at all, but then a brilliant guy named Charlie took over & was super kind & helpful & was just an absolute legend. He made my day. Thanks Charlie.

The staff are so very friendly. They were not annoyed at reopening an aisle even after they have put a closed sign and that says a lot coming from where we live in the northern suburbs where service is not that outstanding and kind. Our holiday away from home was made more convenient thanks to that little extra service.

Came in Christmas Eve morning to get the last few last minute items and upon checking out at the self-serve conveyor, Charlie a coles staff member came over and began scanning all the items for me and bagging them. This was so thoughtful of him and I was so grateful for his kindness in what I thought was going to be a stressful morning shopping. Thank you Charlie, you’re a gem and made my day!

Helpful, friendly hard working staff, sharp pricing & clean store make shopping a breeze.

Always friendly staff and the new self serve maxi checkouts are awesome but the shelves are empty around lunchtime most days, they need to adjust their filling times because mid to late afternoon staff are in customers way filling the shelves, but it all comes down to wages costings doesn't it.

Great Store !Super Staff,. !! Isa from the Meat Department was the Best help ,3 other stores didn't have any idea of what I was looking for and Isa was right on the job !! and delivered straight away. Thank's Isa ,and Coles .👋👌

Love this Coles store in Leopold bakery section is amazing to watch bakers produce a variety of different breads breadsticks & other pastries,also there is a great range of groceries to choose

Just wanted to congratulate Coles Leopold and in particular Caroline for your patience and professionalism tonight. A well stocked Coles with plenty of registers open. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Very clean and easy to navigate even though it is not my regular. A good supermarket

Coles supermarket is the go to place for everything you need, from meat and veg to dessert, even lunch their wide range of fresh and frozen food has it all.

This Coles in Leopold does the baked flat bread. Great quick substitute for use with curries. Usually available from 10am

Not my preferred shopping but the bakery goods are always beautiful and fresh
