Every time I come here from Melbourne, I always come visit Kmart Leopold. This store has always have full stock and everything well organised. Customer service is always great here. I always walk out with more than I plan, it’s dangerous if you ask me haha.

Phoned through and spoke with Amelia from homewares…what an absolute breath of fresh air! The best customer service I have ever received over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble and Amelia went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. Hard to find wonderful customer service, so thank you Amelia!

Today I went into Kmart leopold needing to find some simple items and try some clothes on, I bumped into an amazing worker Julia, Julia helped me locate items, got me some different sizes and made my shopping experience easy and not stressful, I would like to thank her for her hard work she was flat out and still made time for me. Great work!

Fantastic range of products and are really on the ball when it comes to watching out for Covid compliancy which at the moment is just so important.
I don’t know if I was lucky but I walked into a fully stocked store with the latest in their catalogue and more and I wasn’t wanting for any sizes they had them all!
The girls behind the registers are so incredibly friendly and of course as usual, I went in there for a jacket and I walked out with about 12 items – my bad but I look pretty good when I go out!
They’re also wonderful to as already purchased a velour men’s super large windcheater where a bit of the it had come off the front. Well that came from Kmart in Belmont because it was an online purchase but the manager was happy to either give me a credit or if they have a new one there (which is what I really want) I’ve been told that I can swap the item. Of course I can prove that I purchased the item online – that goes without saying, that’s my receipt!
Very, very clean store with fully stocked shelves without being over stocked or cluttered and no empty shelves so maybe I was really lucky when I walked in because stuff in Kmart usually doesn’t last very long on the shelves and my friends and I had a ball As there was just so much to look at and of course I had my own personal, “fashion advisor ” with me – bless her little heart!

I recently went to Kmart Leopold to print a large picture. I was a bit unsure of what I was doing. I had the help of an amazing young girl named Lauren, so polite and so helpful. Great service. Thank you so much Lauren we need more of you working in retail. Great job 👏👏👏👏. Robyn B

We purchased clothing a few days ago and my wife returned a few items trying to get the fit right. We were really impressed with the professional courtesy and assistance shown by all the staff over the visits and we were successful too!

It is fantastic to have a Kmart close to where we live, after having to travel to Geelong to Kmart there until our local Kmart opened. Our local store has great stock and is a pleasure to shop there. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help. 5 stars from me!!

Great parking here, easy access and heaps of stores nearby. If you ate after Kmart then you know what to expect.

Besides not being open 24/7 like Belmont, this would be my recommendation if stores to visit.

Leopold mall has everything, Kmart.. Great sushi restaurant, Cafes and other eaterys.. very good butcher shop.. walk over to Bunnings. Chemist warehouse and some great clothes shops and gift shops

I prefer this Kmart to others around Geelong. Less busy and usually they have more stock probably due to it being a quieter store. But on this occasion I was a little disappointed to see the girl on the day wasn't checking anyone's receipts and letting us all walk out. Registers are all in the middle of the store so receipts should be checked on exit

Great prices, wide range of family friendly items.

A very good inclusion to the locality. Staffs are good and helpful. Most important they're always smiling. Trained well for sure. I don't mind going there.

One of the nicest K marts I've been to this is the best. Friendly staff to direct you , in lovely one floor shopping centre. Also great selection of fishing gear if that is your forte. Staff go out of their way to help you. This is at Leopold 10ks east approx of Geelong. There are 3 bus routes from Geelong if you have no car. 32,60,56 From Geelong CBD

Good because it's quiet but parking wasn't clearly made to handle the amount of people, it's new and shopping centre should have underground parking. It's not Kmart's fault

The staff are always magical, this lovely young lady helped me out in the fitting room - her presence and aura just made my day a lot better and shed a nice light on Kmart employees - very respectful and a handy cheap shop for me .

Great store. The young staff members are always eager to help and are very friendly while displaying excellent manners. More importantly, they know their stuff.

These guys had what I was looking for when the other branches didn't. Always a pleasant shopping experience.
