I am grateful that I found prenatal yoga and restorative meditation with Loris when I was pregnant with my 2nd. With so many mixed messages and anxiety around birth, it was reassuring to find a place that focussed on the calm and strength of the mother. I learnt a lot from Loris and felt supported to make informed decisions about my labour and delivery.
I would recommend to everyone whether first, second or third time Mothers or public, private or home birth.

Loris is an excellent, dedicated and nurturing yoga teacher. She has guided me in my third pregnancy from 10-39 weeks pregnant. Thank you for everything.
