Akash assisted me, he was so helpful and nice. Got me an upgrade when I came in for something else and managed to bring my monthly repayments down at the same time! Best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time.

I see a few bad reviews here but I can honestly say I had a great customer experience with Hemul and the team at this store. It was an easy purchase for my new mobile and they helped set me up and followed up to make sure everything was ok.

My friends and I had just touchdown at Hobart a few days ago and we were having issues with activating our SIM cards. Even though the shop was closing soon your amazing staff, Shawn and Purna, we nice enough to assist us.

We were heading off the next morning on a road trip so we wouldn’t have been able to come back the next morning. They were a huge life saver!

Had a great experience, my friends and I had some kind of SIM card activation problem and they went out of their way to resolve that issues for us. Thankyou Purna and Shawn for the awesome help! Really appreciated

Normally people say Telstra doesn't give good customer service and somewhat its true too. However, Staff at this store was awesome. Specially Jay and Sean were so professional and helpful when I had to change my device from Iphone to Samsung. I had so much data on my phone and it was two days job but they never get annoyed or frustrated, helped me out well and very conveniently. Thank you again guys.

I would help if they answered their phones. A terrible look for a Telstra shop. If you can deal with Telstra over the phone, do so. Avoid and one star was my initial view, then I was helped by Shayle, who went above and beyond to make my transfer to a new phone easy and enjoyable., Recommended!

Ok , my past experiences with Telstra cause me great anxiety . I leave with products I not need or just don’t seem to understand the poor customer service ….HOWEVER THERE IS HOPE
