Westpac Branch North Lakes

We went to Northlakes branch to hand some forms; there was an error (no one's fault except Westpac's). The team there were so helpful, especially Kelly who went above and beyond to help, and Karen, who took the time to explain the situation to us. Thank you Northlakes branch!

Anna Druce is such a super star. She made our loan process so much easier and gave us alot of information which was really helpful. She had lot of patience coz she answered all our questions and still had smile on her face. Manager was very nice too.

By far the best Westpac branch I have ever dealt with. Please note this review is based on the branch and not Westpac as a whole. All staff at this branch are friendly and knowledgeable. Special mention to Analiese who went above and beyond to provide assistance with a personal banking matter. The branch manager should be bloody proud of their team, as Westpac should be proud of this branch. It would be the perfect branch to model their branch network customer service expectations on. Still pinching myself on how stress free the banking experience here was.

I got cash and I thought to buy a property by cash more cheaper, unfortunately, it isn't true. And with big amount cash with me and it was makes me very stresful. Partner went in today and was met with an abrupt and borderline rude bank teller. Very, very unfortunate. Worker didn't have a name tag. Gross. Try better!

Absolutely the worst banking company in the while entire globe.

Staff members just want to chat to each other all the time and not do any work.

North Lakes Branch closed. Would have been nice to be notified. No westpac ATM’s in the area other than inside the shopping centre! Great service for Westpac customers outside shopping centre hours!

Staff do not listen!!!
Moved from tellers to office to the lounge, asked the same irrelevant and none of her business Qs. Then she stood at the counter and did 'who knows what?'.. All I asked was for her to close an account due to continuous errors on their end?? At this point I had had enough of trying to continuously fix blocks because they thought fraud but I just got new phone.. 🙄 super inconvenienced!!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎
They also dont keep detailed notes on previous visits. This place is soo frustrating!

2023 and a bank can’t accept cash deposits. Told to use the ATM. Spent 20 minutes only to find out it had a limit too.
