It is a convenient place because you can use the restaurant at a very reasonable price.

We came into the store this afternoon to find a sofa for our new house and left feeling extremely well looked after. Lucinda and Olga in the homewares department are an asset to the IKEA family. They were absolutely fantastic and should be commended for their amazing customer service. They organized for a display unit to be made available due to a limitation in stock, disassembled it in less than 10 minutes, helped us move the sofa through to the pricing area and checked us out in the most efficient, friendly and professional manner that I have ever experienced. This level of faultless customer service is what keeps us coming back to the North Lakes store again and again (aside from the Swedish meatballs) even though it's a little out of the way for us. 10/10!

I love ikea❤ so easy to furnish the whole house with furniture that is affordable and stylish.. The storage ideas are amazing and almost everything can be adapted to fit. Also easy to update stuff I already have❤. I also love the breakfast🍳🍵

We went in with some specific storage needs. Some items of interest from Internet searches were not suitable on actual examination but we readily found better alternatives. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us with a couple of issues.

Highly recommended but you need to allow a few hours time st least for your visit

Always a great day at ikea. Wanting to spend half an hour to get something and come out 4 hours later because the children are having a field day. Jumping in cupboards and climbing boxes. Hiding in the beds in the children’s section. Its a theme park really

Lots to see and helpful staff who were easily approachable

The service I received today during the buyback program was first class! everyone was super helpful, friendly & made my experience so much easier. Sonja was especially helpful, bubbly and kind & answered the millions of questions we had with no hesitation!

We brought back almost a half trucks worth of furniture and everyone offered assistance and made it such a breezy transition from truck to store credit.

Now to go spend the money on more furniture, because you can guarantee I’ll always choose ikea first to buy my furniture!

We came in a day early to collect our items and Nicole in the click and collect bay was super helpful and got our package ready early. Even though she was flat out with other orders, she was kind enough to help us out. Girl boss Nicole

Always a delight to shop at Ikea for the large variety of items on offer right from furniture, kitchen items and upholstery. Easy to spend hours in-store, meandering around the various sections, taking in the sights and ideas for your home.

Good to see Ikea regularly update the menu in the restaurant section, while retaining the eternal favourite - meatballs.

Friendly staff in a store that provides inspiration for almost everything in your home. Even with dozens of people around, doing their shopping or getting inspired, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient as it's just off the highway and inside Westfield.

This IKEA in North lakes is well stocked and has an amazing arrange of stuff. It's a bit of a money to get in and out but they've been blended a new Metro style sign board so you can get around the store a bit easier. Still have a lot to see and has good customer service. I was also impressed by the area that had second hand stuff which came in very handy for the bathroom panels I needed. This is a great IKEA store at North lakes, north of Brisbane and it's well worth a visit. It's also very handy because it's just off the motorway and there's also plenty of parking underneath

Absolutely heaven for us.. we bought carpet, shoes cabinets, mirror, tables, bed and wardrobe. Fair price, staff were so helpful. Whenever me and my partner go there always buy something, and you can get alot of interior design ideas.. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The staff in the wardrobe section are so helpful & go above and beyond to help customers. We have had 3 WIRs & 2 TV Cabinets desgined + installed by IKEA NORTHLAKES. Each time we have had nothing but amazing experiences. The quality of the products for the price range is incredible. 10/10 recommend.

Their kitchen accessories is the best. All my glass lunch warehouse comes from here. Products are air tight and make food last for much longer. Their pricing is affordable and the quality of their products are the best. Staff are always friendly and helpful and parking is easy to quickly duck in and out without effort.

WE BOUGHT SOME LOUNGE FURNITURE. THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION TOOK JUST TEN MINUTES, AND IT WAS ALL DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. HAVING HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT IKEA ASSEMBLY PROBLEMS WE WERE DUBIOUS, BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE SO VERY EASY. THANK YOU IKEA. Always so much to choose from here and fairly reasonable prices on most things. Staff are always helpful and friendly. It's helpful to pick products for your home when you can see them on display first. The range of kids toys and bedroom decor is quite impressive, so much to choose from. Get ready to build flat packs!

Plenty to choose from. Easy to follow instructions. We've been back many times and always found what suits our home. Bonus $10 when we spend over $100.
