Called late on Monday afternoon to enquire about Kids king size sheet sets that were not available on the website. Jenny found some in stock and once I had paid for them on Tuesday they were shipped to me and arrived at my regional North Queensland address on Wednesday afternoon! Thank you so much

I went in to buy my nephew a Christmas pillow case. When at the counter purchasing the older woman asked if I had a membership. I told her my mum did. She responded with a rude comment of “is she with you?” To which I replied no but I share the membership with her. She refused to let me use my mums membership for the item even though next door in adairs they let me use it. I was appalled at her attitude and unwillingness to let me use my own mums membership. Will not be shopping there again.

Was looking for bedding for my son, both of the 2 staff in the store were too busy chatting to each other, never offered assistance.
I was gobsmacked at how rude they were, I went home and ordered online.
