Staff are lovely except I went to get beans for my bean bag and they will only click and collect . Would t help me organise that what a waste of time

I'd like to give a big shoutout to the wonderful woman working at the service desk yesterday at 5 pm. She not only helped me with a refund but also guided me through the purchase of a replacement vacuum cleaner. It's truly a rarity to encounter such helpful individuals in this day and age, and I wanted to ensure that her employer knows they have a superstar on their team!

Big W is a great store to scout around for low priced lovely items at bargain prices - especially during the sales. The sweets section and the greeting card section are both my go to areas, Haribo sweets for $2 and the budget greeting cards for $2. Big W's Emerson clothing brand in the ladies clothing department is my favourite label,, modern designs, quality fabrics @ great prices. You can also pick up a pair of Lee Cooper jeans for $35. My favourite Big W handbags and toiletry bags are their Lyla & Co brand - worth checking out, as they are under the $30 price point.

I love this store, it has a wide variety of articles, toys, good prices, although the shoes area is almost empty, I hope they are waiting for new models.

This store is great because it’s right next to one of the escalators. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I’ve had boots from here that have lasted me years and years.

Always well laid out and great specials from time to time. Just found a whole self of Oracle & Tarot cards at great prices!

As busy as it is at this time of year the staff on the front end are amazing. They have kept both lines going to the checkouts and self services. Even though those lines were never ending they all kept smiles on there faces great job everyone

Still unsure how I got a kids shirt for $3. Surely the material would have cost more than that. Great value 😁

It's a great affordable variety store. Can clothe the whole family and look after your entertainment needs with lots of toys, books, DVDs and outdoor play equipment in stock. There's also a home section where you'll find kitchenware, appliances, linen and cleaning equipment and chemicals. To top it all off there is also a party section where you will find balloons, candles and other party supplies. With extended hours, it's my go to store for last minute presents, with cards and wrapping paper also available.

This is a very big Big W (no pun intended) with a really good range. The staff are lovely. Parking at carindale is what it is, however if you can negotiate the labyrinth that is the undercover parking, you can find yourself at the bottom of a travelator that takes you directly up to Big W.

My partner lost her purse inside Big W and we were overjoyed that someone honest handed it in, thank you to the person who had the kindest heart to return it.

The Jimmy Barnes looking fellow on the front door is one of your best assets. His customer service is second to none.

Hips of sweets and good stuff. They have a separate party section which has everything you need for a great celebration - from nice party plates and cutlery to led lights balloons and decoration. Also, nice choice of home stuff, kitchen gadgets and things for children. Prices are awesome by the way. Check this one out for lots of good things, you'll never leave it with empty hands :)

Exceptional customer service, staff generally only too happy to assist. Good range of products. Good store layout. AfterPay to help Christmas sparkle a little brighter. A special mention to the tech section and customer collect service for going above and beyond to assist.

Great department store. Has everything plus good specials. Easy returns. Convenient and close parking. Located on the ground floor, not far from the entrance. Easy shop to maneuver. Friendly staff. No fuss returns or exchange.
