My partner and I came in looking for a new bed set. I'm very specific on what I want and like which can be difficult at times, and Luke was able to assist us in finding the perfect fit + was more than happy to help! Greg was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable as well; made sure that we had picked the right mattress for how we sleep. They both ensured that we were happy with our products, and went the extra mile for us. On top of that, their customer service is great, they made us feel like they were not just trying to sell us products but to also have quality conversations with their customers. Definitely safe to say we will be getting all of our furniture home and electrical appliances in the future from here thanks to them!

I don’t post google reviews often however, my wife and I were so impressed by the exceptional service we received recently from Greg, Isaac & Brandon in the bedding section at Harvey Norman Carindale, that we just have to write this.
We bought a bed from this store around two years ago and returned to the store because the bed was not supporting our backs. We were informed that we could put in a warranty claim to AH Beard. Long story short, Greg went above and beyond with exceptional service to arrange a brand new mattress within a week, and we couldn’t be happier.
Thank you Greg and team for such exceptional service.

Visited recently to purchase some electronics, the customer service was very good. Something that is hard to come by sometimes. But the team in electrical goods was very helpful and nice. The parking for the Centre is a smidge painful when busy but there is more parking underneath.

Everyone at the store was very lovely and accommodating! They truly had our best needs and interests at heart. Outstanding customer service :)

Recently moved to Brisbane from Canada and bought a new TV from this location. The TV did not fit in the back of my care. One of the drivers at the warehouse had just pulled up and offered to deliver the TV for me as he was heading to my part of the city anyways. Instead of me scheduling a separate delivery for the TV he delivered it for me on a Saturday afternoon, for which I was very grateful. They've gained a customer for life!

This Harvey Norman is great to access as it’s just outside the Westfield shopping centre, parking is good as it’s right out front. Walking through the store you could see the furniture was really well styled and nice to walk through for inspiration. The actual tech side of the store is great as it’s decently sized with everything super easy to find. I’ve just recently made a few purchases and they have been the best price locally.

Also the staff here were extremely professional, every staff member that I walked by checked in with me making sure I was okay and left me alone once I said I was fine browsing, which is a big ✅ .

Fantastic experience by the whole team in bedding. Isaac Usher was the lead sales person that approached me to help explain the mattress choices.
I had been looking for one year and it was the easiest place to shop and most positive experience purchasing a mattress.
They even were able to rush the delivery to help me out. Thank you so much Isaac. I really appreciate your outstanding service. I loved my shopping afternoon!!!🎉👍

Purchased a beautiful Australian Made bedroom suite today
After searching for weeks at every outlet I finally found the one I wanted
Only problem, I wanted storage drawer’s and it had solid base
No problem said Greg we can add them on either side or at the end
Greg then offered a discounted price I was happy with.
Next day I was concerned about how deep the mattress was and how hard to make up bed would be
Lovely Ann was able to offer suggestions to help with this
She contacted the manufacture about possible alterations to bed base
Today Greg spent time with me and we came to a great solution
The reason I am mentioning all this is when you look by yourself on line or in store you do not have the knowledge of these experts to know there are other alternatives.
So speak to the salespeople

I was looking to purchase the latest Dyson stick vac. The young man who served me had so much knowledge about not only the Dyson but the other brands I asked about too. His name was Rory and i would highly recommend him to deal with. Excellent customer service and very professional.

I came here looking for the trusty Sunbeam pie maker and sure enough they had it in stock and at a good price. The staff were friendly and showed me straight to what I was after!
There is heaps of parking out the front as well.

Daniel Brannon in the appliances department of Harvey Norman Carindale is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He is exemplary, as he is not thinking about the sale but truly and genuinely helping to address the customer s need. This goes a long way, so much that he has become my go-to man and go-to shop! 😄 Indeed, over the last few months, he sold me a dryer, anti vibration mat and a grinder, He helped me finding a fridge fitting our space and he sold me a new remote that works beautifully with my old air conditioner. He also price-matches when he can or looks for the best price he can do. Daniel was able to advise me on brands, their quality, where fridges are manufactured and how to diagnose issues with an air conditioner remote. I m so impressed! You are doing a great job and I hope Harvey Norman will recognise your many talents! Thanks again for your customer support and great advice.

The staff here are amazing. So helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the application we were wanting. They even wheeled it out to our car and put it it. Great place.

WOW! DARCEY in Tech has just Blown us away with him going above and beyond. Honestly we are SPEECHLESS with how his customer service is, his manners, his knowledge, friendliness (I'm not kidding, the list could go on).
Its been a LONG time since I have been so Amazed at such outstanding efforts from an employee.

Have recently switched to buying at Harvey Norman from a close competitor, because on a chance visit a couple of months ago I was so impressed with the excellent product knowledge and friendly customer service provided by the staff. The product care extended warranty service also sounds promising, although I haven't had a chance to use that yet. In this time I've dealt with Graham, Matty and Jeremy amongst others, and they've all made great efforts to make sure I got what I required and even managed a couple of hassle-free returns. You get the sense that these sales staff are doing the work as a career, not just as a job. Thank you for your friendly and helpful service!
