Universal Store

Went in looking for some new shirts and Eloise helped me pick some out. All her colleagues were very friendly too and gave me advice together on the right size that looked good for me. This is a nice store with genuinely friendly staff. Thanks everyone :)

Went in looking for my first oversized shirt to try something new and I was served by koz/cos (sorry for spelling 😂). He is an absolute legend and knows his stuff for sure. He somehow knew exactly what I'd like and I walked out with a shirt I love, very happy with the experience and I'll for sure be back to see him for more advice

Ben was so so so helpful and lovely. They put together outfits for me and gave honest but super helpful advice. I was feeling pretty unsure about what to wear for an event and they made me feel so comfortable and reassured me. 100% the best shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I was in a couple of hours ago, the guy that helped me was so great! I was in a rush and only looking for a top but he put a couple of outfit ideas together for me to help. They looked great and something I wouldn’t pick usually. So happy I went there and I will definitely go back when I have more time. I hope he gets this feedback and knows he made my day! Visited the store last week shopping for a festival and I normally hate shop assistants helping me but the staff member that helped me was made me feel so good about myself and dressed me better than I couldn’t have dressed myself, got so many compliments on my fit. Will come back again just for the service

I usually shop at another Universal Store in a different Westfield and have never, ever had a staff member ask if I needed help, I was so shocked when the friendly staff asked if they could help when I was in the Carindale store last Sunday! Another staff member who helped me at the checkout was also so lovely, chatty, asking about my pregnancy and son’s birthday. It was super refreshing and I would definitely go out of my way to go back to this store due to fantastic the customer service.

Great range and very friendly staff. Out late shopping for Christmas but I managed to pick up some cool presents that I think the recipients will like.
Shop is easy to navigate and not cramped like some other similar stores.
Easy check out and I get the receipt emailed to me which makes things much easier if I need to swap later.
Overall, a good store with reasonable prices.

Extremely well balanced service on a busy Saturday. The team member who was assisting my wife and I had to deal with indecisiveness and serve many other customers at the same time and did so well. Labour hours need to be increased at Carindale but the service and products we bought were exceptional

My friend and I went in today on a Thursday lunch. Can I just say that the two girls that were working were so helpful and kind. It’s amazing to see such amazing and enthusiastic staff in shops it really makes the whole experience so much better!!!

Just wanted to share my experience with Alex from Indro store. I called looking for a skirt that was out of stock and he was so helpful. He called me back and talked me through other similar skirts and encouraged me to come in and have a look through. Thank you for being so helpful Alex. I really appreciate it!

The employees here are really lovely and make you feel very comfortable while shopping! They are eager to help out as much as possible and made my experience very positive 😊

Was served by a gentlemen with long hair and tattoos, felt completely looked after and although they didn’t have the shirt I was after he called other universal stores and located the one I needed. He also gave me some other great reccomendations and I felt looked after.
