Kmart Carindale

We had a great experience in the Carindale store tonight. Isaac went above and beyond to help us find stock that showed available online but wasn’t on the shelf. He found a range of options out the back and we ended up buying some extra items that weren’t showing online. Thanks Isaac, you were amazing!

I ordered a canvas online for a Christmas present I went the first day and it wasn’t ready then the next and it still wasn’t ready. I was served by Carson on the second day, who went above and beyond to help me. His customer service was incredible. I was greeted with a smile and he understood and sympathised with the situation. He got to it as soon as he could and did an incredible job putting it together. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I come to the printing centre regularly and have been served twice by Rikesh. He’s always incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make things easier despite the rush!

Staff were friendly and helpful. You’re always welcomed with a smile and staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the products themselves and the location within the store.

Excellent shop - neatly arranged & very clean & presentable. Things are always in their place not scattered all over.
Customer service is wonderful & staff are very bright & sweet.
Most of the products are available not like the other Kmarts usually out of stock.

10 stars for the service I received by one particular staff member they were helpful,mindful,concerned and caring I honestly thought I would get no where with an online issue I had and this lady was so nice so understanding and yes even caring she genuinely wanted to help which she did but she wanted to go further and help me by taking an interest in me! I just can't say honestly how beautiful and how just the offer to listen meant so much to me it changed my opinion of the store and company in general and did change my day for the better thank you I didn't catch the name I was quite depressed over the whole thing but she had a USA accent thank you so much ❤ you honestly made a difference to me and my day and thank you for the great service 💯

Probably one of the best Kmart stores in Brisbane.
Great range of products, they usually have stock too, shelves are almost always full.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Check out process is smooth and quick.
Returns never seem to be an issue.
Handy location in Carindale with plenty of parking and public transport options.

This is definitely the tidiest & most well organized Kmart I have ever been to.
Some other stores I have been to for women's & kids shoes recently are absolutely atrocious.

Called up to find out item stocks, a staff named “Tiane” has been very helpful and friendly. She was checking everywhere in the store, shelf, warehouse and other storage rooms to fulfill the quantity that I needed.

Much appreciated for the excellent customer service and this young lady deserves a reward or pay rise.

Great store as far as kmarts go - been quite busy when i’ve been there but the checkout lines still move quite quickly.

Only real negative was that the lighting was quite harsh but that’s to expected in shops. Figured i’d just mention it anyways cause it was notable as someone with sensory issues

Brand new store with a brilliant layout and plenty of stock. The staff there seems happy enough, and are always willing to help. However, the registers being in the centre of the store are sometimes a little bit confusing when you are trying to exit quickly with kids.

If you need clothes cheaply and quickly, this is the place to go. Bolstered my winter wardrobe for well under $90, including shoes. Made me wonder about pricing for clothes in other shops...

Great shopping experience in comparison to the other department stores at Westfield Carindale. The store it’s twice as bright at Target and the store is always stocked well and really easy to find everything - even whilst just standing at the front door as there isn’t anything blocking the department signs.

Big Kmart with undercover parking metres away, three hours free.
Good stock levels. Friendly checkout staff. Great value shopping.
