I recently visited the Dior boutique to purchase a new perfume, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and an air of sophistication that immediately set Dior apart.

The store’s elegant and luxurious atmosphere made shopping a delight. The displays were beautifully arranged, showcasing the brand’s exquisite range of fragrances. Every detail, from the decor to the ambiance, exuded class and elegance.

The highlight of our visit was the impeccable service. The assistant who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to understand our preferences, guiding us through the diverse selection of perfumes with patience and expertise. Their insights into each fragrance’s notes and history were both informative and engaging, making the selection process enjoyable.

To enhance our experience further, we were offered complimentary samples of some of Dior’s other iconic fragrances. These thoughtful extras were a delightful surprise and demonstrated Dior’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

It was my birthday and went in to buy myself a treat or two.
Thankfully Christina helped me get a full make up set! And even advised how I use it and asked me multiple questions on what styles I wanted.
Very professional staff and extremely helpful.
Jeremy was also so helpful and so hospitality.

Beautiful store and amazing service! All the staff were so nice and approached me straight away. Came in to try the fragrances exclusive to the boutique and had a lovely lady with a kiwi accent help me (couldn’t remember her name). She really went out of her way to explain and suggest fragrances I may like. Will definitely be back once I decide on the perfume I love the most.

Utterly Disappointed with Dior's Quality and Service

I never imagined I'd have to write such a negative review for a renowned brand like Dior, but our recent experience was shockingly poor. My partner purchased a Dior lipstick from an airport store, expecting the high quality that Dior usually signifies. However, to our dismay, the very first time it was used, the lipstick detached from the base and fell on the floor, rendering it unusable.

Seeking assistance from Dior's shop assistant at pacific fair turned out to be another unpleasant surprise. Instead of understanding and helpfulness, we encountered a dismissive and sassy attitude. When we mentioned our plan to discard the defective product and express our dissatisfaction through a review, the response was unexpectedly personal and defensive, as if our complaint was a personal attack.

This experience has completely changed our view of Dior. Not only was the product's quality far below expectations, but the customer service was equally disappointing. We expected much more from such a reputed brand. Regrettably, we won't be considering Dior in the future.

Poor product quality coupled with bad service is a sure way to lose loyal customers. Never again.

I wish I could give it one star. I visited the store today with my friend approximately
3:15 something, the customer representative was not at all helpful with the products. The service was so awful and disrespectful. When we were in the store, one of their old customers walked in; she asked us to move away to the other side to give them the whole floor.
I don’t think any of the customers should be treated like this ever.
I would highly appreciate if the store or Dior take some action on it and treat every customer equally and respectfully.
