Sea World Resort

I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the SeaWorld resort. Any request was easily accommodated. Efficient check in and out upon departure. I was provided with an unexpected upgrade which really sweetened our stay. The rooms have been refurbished from our previous stay and are very comfortable. The only downside is the limited car parking space available on hotel grounds. Will definitely be returning. Being able to access any of the village roadshow parks on the day of entry and exit makes for awesome value.

We have stayed here twice and will definitely go back again. It is a fantastic family resort as we always enjoy our stay. The staff service is welcoming and friendly. The food is great and there is a choice from a few restaurants. Also, being so close to Seaworld is a bonus.

We stayed as a family of 4, kids were 10 & 6 and both of them loved everything!
Very clean resort and all the food offerings were fantastic. We missed out on trying the boat shed as the trading hours were so limited but other than that we tried everything! Buffet was a hit with everyone! The staff were wonderful too.
So much to do and so easy to pop into the park throughout the day.
We wish the monorail was working though!

Such an amazing experience in the Gold Coast and Sea World Resort made our stay so much better. With direct access to Sea World the location couldn't be faulted. The water park and the pool in the resort very good.

15min bike ride with lime bikes to surfers paradise.

Things for absolutely everyone to do from my 2.5 year old nefue to my 35 year old sister.

Food was good. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

The resort itself is amazing but the staff are even better !
We booked through a third party who made a mistake on our booking and we lost 2 rooms after not being able to contact the third party Nick from reception went above and beyond to get us a room, he was so patient with us and saved our trip!
It's by far the best holiday we've had !

The rooms are quite old (well the ones we stayed in). But in all honesty, that didn't matter as we were barely there. We made the most of the unlimited entry into the theme parks with our holiday package.

It is so brilliant having Seaworld next door. Being able to enter the park through the resort is brilliant. We went back most days (the kids did) to ride the rides!

The pool is huge and the food and beverages are fabulous. We often chose to eat at the resort rather than venturing out.

We will absolutely be back. Very affordable and the service was fantastic.

Staying in the presidential suit was everything we expected. The staff were nothing but fantastic, helpful and polite. In house food was lovely.
For a family resort, the children were very well behaved.
If you are after the buffet breakfast, i suggested that you get up early or you'll be in the line for a wait.
Wonderful experience, we will be back again soon.

Sea World Resort is more than just accommodation offering the perfect combination of fun, adventure and relaxation guaranteed to keep the family happy.
Access to Sea World is fantastic, hotel guests get a great deal on park passes (two consecutive days excluded in our stay)
Accommodation is clean and comfortable.
Buffet dinner was delicious and has a great variety.
Pool area has plenty of room. Grandkids loved it. More shade would be helpful.
Friendly staff, Zhar needs to be commended she was so helpful.

I wish I could give 15/10 stars for service! Absolutely wonderful staff, along with clean rooms and plenty for kids to do, a special mention to Chey for spotting my daughters birthday badge and making us a special cake at brekkie! (Breakfast options are great too, creamy scrambled or perfectly poached or omelette or fried, crispy bacon and sausages, savoury noodle dishes, oatmeal with toppings, pancakes and waffles with Nutella and chocolate sauce and icecream and maple syrup, heaps of fruit), all in all a fantastic stay thank you!

I stayed there last year. The staff were really friendly towards everyone! Honestly better then paradise resort but is still good! 10\10 resort definitely should stay. The main issue is only the prices my family spent a lot of money when we went to the Gold Coast! As I’m a coaster enthusiast this resort is good for surfers paradise the best I have been too! The future looks bright for the park and resort!

We visited during the Christmas holidays. A separate entrance for resort guests to Sea World. Approximately 3-5 minutes walk. The family loved the buffet breakfast. There was screening of free children movies every night for resort guests.

Zhar's friendly and helpful service made our arrival a breeze. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. If the management is reading this, Zhar definitely deserves a promotion.

Restaurants in the resort is a 10/10. Staff are great and friendly. Location is far from the city but the good thing is only a few minutes walk to the theme park. Shoutout to the asian lady in reception for an exceptional service. I forgot her name but she is one of the best staff in the hotel

It was great staying here. The rooms were nice and clean, entry to Sea World park available from the resort.
Lots of options for dining.
Buffet was good and clean.
We had so much fun at the water playground and splash park, at night they had a small light show with Sponge Bob music, which kids loved.

Excellent family holiday. Great location. Unlimited access to seaworld can’t fault. character meet and greet every morning kids LOVED this. Pool area plenty of room for everyone and plenty of seating. Rooms beds and pillows so comfortable. A busy but relaxing holiday A must family holiday

This has easily been one of the best stays we have had anywhere. This was our first holiday as a family of 5, and it was great. Always something for the kids to do, the environment was family friendly, the access to the parks were great (especially easy to get into SeaWorld), the staff were lovely, the food was great and not overpriced, I cannot recommend SeaWorld Resort enough. I have told my family how great it was and how sad we were to check out and move on to the next part of our holiday, and we will 100% be back. It has been the highlight of our stay, and if I could do this trip again, I would have booked SeaWorld longer.

Loved our first stay at this resort. We received a room upgrade which exceeded our expectations. The room was so comfortable, quiet, with great concierge service. As someone with mobility issues I'd love the monorail to return, or some kind of buggy/train transport through the park as it's a long way to walk. The buffet breakfast line up was huge, but thankfully it moved quickly. Staff were so lovely & helpful. We will definitely return to stay again.

Check-in was easy and straightforward. The rooms are clean and well looked after, we had a studio apartment which has a small kitchenette. The pool area is large with splash park located within the pool area. If you like to relax by the water, there are beach chairs located in front of the bay where you can just sit back and relax watching the sun set. There are a few restaurants at the resort. The location is a little out of the way, but that's expected since it's connected to seaworld. Highly recommended this resort. we have stayed here 3 times now and absolutely love it.
