Wonderful and understanding staff.
Its hard for me to buy new pairs of shoes but the staff made it a pleasure. Thank you for making it a calmer experience than it is unusually.

It’s such a big sporting goods mall. We bought Australian football, which is popular in Australia. We also bought our favorite tennis rackets. All kinds of sporting goods are very complete.

I don't usually write reviews but just had the best service from Felicia who went out of her way to help me find and fit a knee support. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Felicia!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the lovely sales associate who helped us out this evening Tues 16th April about 5pm, we bought a pair of soccer boots and 2 pairs of sneakers @ 530pm.
So sorry cannot for the life of me remember his name, but he wore (clear?) glasses and had earrings and tatts.
It was the end of the day and we had a soccer boot emergency with my 9yo who was at the end of a long day and bouncing off the walls. The other 2 weren’t much better😆.
He took the time to get to know my son, asked questions and made him feel connected while at the same time making excellent recommendations (super awesome knowledge!) and creating buy-in.
He was so impressive that 9yo was also able to grab a pair of school sports shoes, and my 12yo daughter finally agreed to get proper sports shoes instead of fashion ones.
It’s no easy feat to connect with neurodiverse kids, so thank you thank you thank you. Shopping is often a mortifying experience (for me. They usually have a great time) as they’re loud, bouncing around, touching things, easily distracted. But so much patience and understanding was shown and it made the kids trust you. We’ll be back!! 😊😊😊

Went to a few places to try find my sons first pair of soccer boots - had no idea what we were looking for and ended up standing in rebel pac fair rather hopeless. I was watching other staff helping customers one on one, waiting for kids to try boots when Maddi (?) Headed towards us handing out shoe boxes to 3 other customers - she was like the calm in the storm. She gave us all the options, helped us fit and find the right boots all while providing outstanding service to everyone in the crowded shoe section today. What a legend! Tha kyou

Michael was knowledgeable and helped advised us on what might suit our needs.
We had visited a few other sport stores in the area and couldn’t find the correct sneakers .

The store has a great selection of sneakers / runners.
They also had a great selection for school kids.
They had a multitude of other sporting equipment and clothing .

Went in today for some advice regarding new running shoes. Shop assistant Melissa was very extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and whilst they did not have the shoe I wanted in stock, she went above and beyond to provide some different options and stores to proceed with my search.

We went to every sports store at pacific fair and nobody wanted to give us the time of day but a gentleman by the name of Michael at rebel had the best customer service we ended up spending $550 with him because of his honest and trustworthy approach.

Went into Rebel with an idea in mind of what shoes I would be purchasing as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I was after. I was lucky enough to have a lot of help from Cyrus, we went back and fourth trying to find ones in my price range and that had the right size. After going through so many shoes, we finally found the perfect pair. His help and assistance was more than what I could have asked for 😊

Great shop, lots of stock. Great range of shoes, and the staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help. Easy returning items and getting the right size if needed

I recently went in store to "look" at runners walked out having bought a pair completely satisfied. We had easily the best experience I can remember. Lucas' knowledge and customer service was remarkable.

I swung by Nike hoping to get a Lifting shoe and it turns out they didn’t have my size (my feet are larger than most women), and it so happens that Rebel has more size variety and was close by.

Immediately notice its busy, as it’s the last weekend before students return back to school so parents are doing some last minute shoe shopping with their kids. Waited a while for the crowd to disperse, and inspected some shoes. Had asked an employee (Hamish I believe) if they could point me out some recommended shoes and gave me the perfect pair suit for my needs and aesthetic. Wasn’t any more expensive than it being sold at Nike, so great to know they don’t rack up the prices. Hamish was polite, informative and didn’t mind running out back a few times to help me get the right size. Was checked out by Madeline who had wonderful customer service and signed me up for a membership.

The Rebel Sport team is doing amazing despite the overwhelming amount of last minute shoppers, keep it up guys!
