Store manager Maddie was the most helpful staff member I have ever encountered. Dedicated a lot of time helping me find the perfect pair of jeans. Could not be happier with my purchase. What a service!

5 stars just for Grace, the best employee at the Pacific Fair store. She made my experience so enjoyable when normally I find it quite overwhelming. She even helped me style a full outfit around a skirt I found in store. Based on her amazing service alone, I spent a few hundred dollars - no questions asked. Can’t wait to come back and have another shop!! Please pass on my thanks xx

The guy in the changing rooms and lady on the floor were awesome . They couldn’t of been more helpful I honestly feel this is the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a store . Customer service above and beyond!!!!

I would just like to say a huge thankyou to your sales assistant Alyssia. She was extremely helpful to my daughter by helping her to pick out some clothes today. She walked all around the store with her getting sizes etc. Then constantly asked if she was ok in the changing rooms. She was a delight right up until we paid and left. She is a credit to your company and we will definitely be back 😊
