The Star Gold Coast

Really nice spot. In a good central part of town. Good view, even from half way up the building. The on-site facilities were sufficient. The rooms were well stocked. The kitchen didn't have an ice tray 👎. Room service was $70 onto of the $730 cost per night. What is the $730 for if it doesn't even cover room service?
Otherwise, it was pretty good 👍

The room was beautiful with a great view. The bathroom wasn't so good, sink kept blocking. The room service was OK. I really liked the location. To be honest, it was so convenient.

The room service was super fast, and the food was nice. There were also restaurants and bars downstairs, of course gaming area was absolutely fun

The pool and spa was very relaxing nice sitting area with kids to play around as well.

Great location in the heart of Gold coast. Parking can be slightly difficult to get to and from there to the reception, if you are a first timer. Check-in was easy and smooth. Rooms were neat and slick with a great view from the top, with good options to select from to watch on tv. A stay here is especially a good option if you want to have the casino experience which is within the premises. The breakfast spread was very good, but it can get super busy, as it seemed popular with non-hotel guests as well. Checkout was nice and easy as well.

Excellent hotel, with something for everyone. For the business travelers, the rooms are super well equipped and the conference facilities are excellent. For families, there is a great pool area and you’re a 15 min walk from the beach. For those out for a flutter, there is an ample-sized casino floor with all the thrills. We’ll be back, the service and amenities were superb.

It was such a great night by us girls on the lawn. The venue caters well for the crowds. Plenty of seating, with shade if needed. The food trucks served really fresh plates of different foods. Perfect for a drink and dinner with friends.

I recently had a stay at The Star Gold Coast Hotel and Casino. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious, immaculate, and offered stunning views of the city. The variety of dining options exceeded my expectations, providing a delightful culinary experience. The casino had a fantastic selection of games, and the entertainment options were top-notch. Overall, The Star Gold Coast Hotel and Casino surpassed my expectations, making it a five-star experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious getaway.

An incredible experience. The room was beautiful and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. I have not slept so long or so well in a very long time. The theatre was great, modern and comfortable. The casino was busy. The food was delicious. Well worth the indulgence.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Star Grand where the staff thoughtfully arranged two interconnected rooms to accommodate us and our extended family.

We paid for the promotional deal and was able to access $50 credit each room daily during our stay to use towards all its wonderful restaurants on-site.

Housekeeping was impeccable where they change your towels daily and replenish all used toiletries in a timely manner.

All restaurants on-site served delicious food; breakfast buffet was with a wide variety and the location of the hotel was optimal. Pacific fair shopping centre is also in walkable distance for any shopping sprees.

Great casino to share a drink, grab some food, and play the pokies with plenty of machines to choose from. The drinks aren't too expensive, the casino itself is very clean with very clean toilets also. Lots of underground parking, ATM machines on site, and note exchange machines also. Friendly and helpful staff, too, definitely worth the visit. It also has outdoor seating areas to drink or smoke.

If you got some holiday , must coming to stay few days , enjoy some delicious food ,some wine and become member , the member ship card can get some discount , I can’t think any reason not to be their member ~

I had an incredible experience with this panel beater. They not only fixed my car to perfection but also made it look even better than it did when it was brand new. The level of service provided was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this place for all your car repair needs!

The concert was great and it was a great price. For cheaper prices go to the box office if you can, save on fees. Be warned if you pick your tickets up at the box office check the date after insisting that we go on the 30th the tickets were for the 31st.
So when we get there someone's in our seats. The box office was able to help us out minutes before the concert started. So thank you very much for that.
But unless you are a gambler parking is not free on weekends so account for that.

This place is beautiful. I can't wait to go back again. Beautiful pool area. Rooms are lovely.

I’ve been a member with the star for a while now and I just want to take note on the attention to detail with the service provided by Trace (Room Service/Cleaner). Was so kind and had nice conversations making our stay feel so much more comfortable. Cleaned the room up very well and stayed on task 100% of the time. Had a good talk with her as well and thought she was hilarious. Thank you so much Trace

This has become one of my cherished experiences, and I wholeheartedly suggest paying a visit. The rooms were exceptionally pleasing, exuding an air of opulence. The panoramic view of the city was truly remarkable.

The culinary offerings were diverse and delightful, making it a definite must-try. Although I didn't have the chance to explore the casino this time around, I'm inclined to give it a go on a potential return visit.

It's one of my favourite experiences, I'd recommend coming here, the rooms were so nice. It was supper luxurious. The view was so nice with an overview of the city.
There is a nice range of food here, and I'd recommend just trying it.
I never went to the casino, but if there is a next time. I'd definitely go.

Went to Kiyomi restaurant there. It was soooooooooo nice. The casino is impeccable. We were lucky to have a DJ that night who enabled non-players to have a beautiful time on the dance floor. Highly recommended.

Right above casino, modern but slightly smaller than expected room. Convenient to all casino facility, but some walking distance from beaches and other broadbeach restaurants. Music was really loud from casino facility on Friday until 11-12pm, it will be great for young couples but not good for family with young kids.

I stayed at The Star Grand Hotel for a night and found it’s location extremely convenient. It’s a 10-15 minute walk straight down the street directly to the shopping centre and beach at Broadbeach. The room I stayed in was big, quiet and comfortable. There was no fridge or mini bar in the room; they only had some very basic coffee making facilities.
