Hype DC Pacific Fair

The best experience I’ve ever had whilst shopping!!!! Walking in I was warmly welcomed by the staff. A young gentleman, Jack showed me some of his favourites. He was so helpful and clearly passionate about shoes and the customers, which was refreshing to see. Left with a pair of shoes and a smile. Huge thank you to Jack and Zaron for the great customer service and patience. Such sweet and kind boys!!

Just wanted to say thank you to the manager and the staff at the Pacific Fair store.
I purchased a pair of shoes,
Had to come in and chase correct sizing.
When I walked in, the store was very busy, and there was also a small issue contacting another store to attempt to get me my correct size.
Regardless of these variables each of the staff were equally happy to help me.

Couple of days later and they arrvived.

Manager and staff all very friendly and happy to bend over backwards.

No brainer where I will purchase again,

Great service. Phone call was answered on the second ring. I was enquiring about 2 styles of shoes and it was answered very quickly and professionally. When I arrived at the store the same level of customer service was offered. The sales assistant offered her advice on which style suited better even offered a different style to try. Was not pushy with the add on sale. Will be differently going back to the store for my next shoe purchase.

Dealt with Brittany. She’s one helpful person. I was having nothing but trouble with dealing with online customer service and the Robina store was no help at all. Brittany had my issue sorted out in a simple phone call.
